Reality TV star Timm Hanly surprised fans with a dramatically different look after getting a nose job, leaving many saying he’s almost unrecognizable.

The 31-year-old former Bachelorette contestant shared a new photo on Instagram revealing his updated appearance. He recently had surgery to fix a collapsed septum, resulting in a noticeably straighter and more defined nose.

The recently released video shows Timm with his shirt off, revealing a very muscular physique and his distinctive tattoos covering his chest, arms, and neck.

His features appear more defined now, and his nose looks noticeably smaller and more balanced than it used to. This is a big change from his previously carefree and wild public persona.

The change is especially noticeable if you remember Timm from his previous reality TV appearances. He used to be known for his long, blond hair, a charmingly crooked smile, and a slightly bent nose, which added to his playful personality.

The entrepreneur, based in Melbourne, recently cleared up rumors about his surgery. He explained why he had it done during a candid question-and-answer session on Instagram, responding to numerous questions from fans about his nose.

‘Alright, let’s just clear things up before we get right into this question box,’ he began.

‘90% of the questions are like, is this from too much cocaine? Is this from too much partying?’

In classic Timm fashion, he did not shy away from the rumours.

He admitted he couldn’t be sure it wasn’t related to past drug use or a wild lifestyle, explaining he had experience with both.

However, Timm insisted his wild past was not the main cause of the damage.

He explained that he gave up that habit around five years ago when he started Front Runner, and he was still healthy when he stopped going out to parties.

Instead, he pointed the finger at his time in the boxing ring.

Let me tell you, I once tried a boxing camp, and it was intense. I ended up with a broken nose more than once, so I’d say boxing was the biggest culprit for the injuries! Though, I’m kidding, of course – there was a bit of playful speculation about other things going on, but let’s just say I pushed myself really hard and had a few bumps along the way.

‘But yeah, those days are over… I’m done with all that. Everything I do now has a purpose.’

The reality TV personality has publicly discussed making big changes to his life recently. He’s swapped a lifestyle of late nights and partying for a focus on fitness, business, and waking up early.

In 2020, Timm spoke to the Daily Mail about entering a new phase of his life, saying his streetwear brand, Front Runner, had given him a sense of purpose.

‘I’m in a really good place at the moment,’ he said at the time.

‘It’s like part of growing up. It’s sort of exciting. It’s like I’ve stepped into a new world.’

That July, he also shared that he had stopped drinking after recognizing his heavy drinking was becoming a problem.

After recently achieving a significant personal goal, Timm is now prioritizing his health, work, and family, and has adopted a new image to reflect these changes.

Timm and Briana De La Motte got married in a beautiful lakeside ceremony in November. They shared stunning photos from their private wedding.

The founders of the successful fashion brand, Front Runner, were overjoyed to finally get married after dating on and off for years and being engaged for two years.

Timm was visibly moved to tears as his and his partner’s two-year-old daughter, Harper, walked down the aisle. Photos also captured the happy couple smiling as they were showered with flower petals.
