The official trailer for Avengers: Doomsday is now available online, giving Marvel fans the first extended preview of the movie. This comes after several short teasers focusing on individual characters were released around Christmas 2025.
Marvel was planning to reveal the trailer for their new movie at a Comic-Con event this Saturday night (which will be early Sunday morning in the UK). But instead, they unexpectedly released it at the same time tickets went on sale for some US showings of Avengers: Doomsday.
After a mysterious teaser aired Sunday evening, the full trailer arrived. The teaser featured a weekly clip from The Fantastic Four: First Steps over the past year, and concluded with Sue Storm questioning Reed Richards about “how long” they have.
The new trailer is guaranteed to get you even more excited for the movie, but you’ll have to wait five months – Avengers: Doomsday arrives in theaters on December 18th.

The new trailer finally shows us Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom—though we don’t get a clear look at his face yet—and gives a sneak peek at some of the movie’s exciting fights. We see Shang-Chi battling Gambit, Mystique facing off against Yelena Belova, and Thor going head-to-head with Doctor Doom.

Marvel recently shared the official trailer for Avengers: Doomsday, along with a plot summary. However, the synopsis mainly focuses on promoting Infinity Vision rather than revealing much new information about the movie itself.
