With so many streaming options and new films appearing constantly, it’s tough to know what’s actually worth watching and stay updated on the latest releases.
Looking for something to watch? Digital Spy can help! If you’re not planning a trip to the cinema to see movies like Toy Story 5, Supergirl, or Disclosure Day this month, there are plenty of great shows and films coming to streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video.
June brings a fantastic lineup of new movies to streaming services, including a thrilling heist film that unfolds entirely on a computer screen and a fresh romantic comedy perfect for your next binge-watch. Here are five movies you won’t want to miss.
Dead Man’s Wire

Okay, so I just learned about this movie, Dead Man’s Wire, and it’s seriously messed up – but based on a true story! It’s set back in 1977, and it’s about this guy, Tony Kiritsis, who’s a real estate developer and totally fed up. He basically kidnaps this mortgage broker, Richard Hall, because he thinks Richard and his dad are running a scam and he wants to expose them. It sounds intense!
After a seven-year hiatus, acclaimed director Gus Van Sant (known for films like Good Will Hunting and Milk) returned with a new thriller that has been receiving rave reviews. It currently boasts a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and the Financial Times called it his most captivating film in years.

What to Read Next
Over Your Dead Body

Prime Video’s new thriller, Over Your Dead Body, is a remake of a popular Netflix series. It stars Samara Weaving and Jason Segel as a husband and wife who retreat to a remote cabin hoping to fix their relationship. However, both of them are secretly planning to murder each other.
Honestly, I’ll watch anything with Naomi Watts – she’s become a total queen of horror, and she’s just so good! Jason Segel is reliably hilarious, too. But when you put them together, and add Timothy Olyphant and Juliette Lewis? Forget about it – that’s a guaranteed awesome movie night, in my opinion!
Streaming on Prime Video from 10 June
Your Fault: London

Asha Banks and Matthew Broome return as Noah and Nick in My Fault: London, the second movie in Prime Video’s English-language version of the popular Culpables series.
Following the drama in My Fault: London, Noah and Nick are struggling with their relationship and growing apart. Their trust in each other is seriously challenged, and they have to decide if their love is worth fighting for, or if they should accept that it’s over.
Streaming on Prime Video from 17 June
Voicemails for Isabelle

Netflix is now the place to go for romantic comedies, and Voicemails for Isabelle aims to become the next big hit like People We Meet on Vacation. To help make that happen, they’ve brought back Zoey Deutch, who previously starred in Netflix’s Set It Up, hoping to recapture that same rom-com charm.
This romantic comedy feels like a modern take on You’ve Got Mail. It centers around Jill, who deals with the loss of her sister by leaving her voicemails detailing her life. Unbeknownst to her, the phone number now belongs to Wes, a real estate agent, who starts receiving these personal messages, and a love story begins to unfold.
Streaming on Netflix from 19 June
LifeHack

Get ready for a heist thriller unlike anything you’ve seen before in LifeHack. Similar to movies like Searching and Unfriended, the entire story unfolds on computer screens as four friends escalate their online scams, setting their sights on a billionaire – with dangerous results.
Praised as “captivating” by Collider and boasting a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, LifeHack is a thrilling and suspenseful heist movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat, culminating in a particularly tense robbery.
