Leica has added a new metallic grey color option to its cameras and lenses. This expands on the brand’s classic black and silver choices, offering a sleek, subtle look. The new finish, created at Leica’s factory in Wetzlar, Germany, highlights the premium quality of the products and is now available on the Leica M11‑P, Leica Q3, Leica D‑Lux 8, and the APO‑Summicron‑M 50 f/2 ASPH. lens.

Leica is releasing the M11‑P, a camera with a durable, all-metal body finished in metallic grey and featuring textured leather for a comfortable grip. Matching accessories – including a leather battery cover, protector, and carrying strap – are available in dark brown, alongside a versatile black leather protector that works with ARCA‑SWISS systems. The APO‑Summicron‑M 50 f/2 ASPH. lens has a matching finish, with red markings on the aperture and distance settings. The accessories start at $200, while the M11‑P camera costs $10,400 and the lens is priced at $9,990. These will be available globally starting May 28, 2026.

I’m so excited – Leica is releasing the Q3 and D-Lux 8 in a really cool metallic grey starting July 16, 2026! The Q3 keeps all the amazing full-frame quality we love, but now with a stylish red detail on the lens. And the D-Lux 8 is perfect for taking everywhere – it’s super compact with a fast zoom lens. They’re even offering some beautiful cognac leather cases and braided straps to go with it. Prices vary – you can get a strap for around $110, the D-Lux 8 for $1,915, and the Q3 for $7,350. It’s great to see Leica continuing to focus on quality and design, and giving us fans some fresh new options. You can find all the details on the Leica website if you want to check it out!
