Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd could face JAIL as she is accused of revenge porn

Kelly Dodd is facing accusations of sharing a private, sexually explicit video of a woman from last summer, which could lead to criminal charges and possible jail time.

Prosecutors allege that former Real Housewives of Orange County star, age 50, shared a video depicting a woman, known only as Jane Doe, engaging in sexual acts with another individual, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Prosecutors stated in court filings that Dodd did not have permission to share the video, and that her actions were deliberate and against the law.

The woman in the video, identified as Jane Doe, experienced significant emotional suffering because she appeared in footage that was shared without her permission.

Court documents state that Dodd is accused of secretly recording intimate activity in a private setting where the individual, known as Jane Doe, would reasonably expect privacy.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Dodd for further comment on the story. 

Dodd and the Jane Doe had made a pact to not release the material, prosecutors said in court docs.

According to legal documents obtained by the publication, the reality star allegedly threatened the woman – known in court documents as Jane Doe – with harm to herself, her possessions, and her family.

Dodd is also dealing with legal problems stemming from an incident with another woman in June 2025, which has been reported as a charge of assault.

Tamra Judge appeared as a main cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County from seasons 11 through 15, which aired between 2016 and 2021.

She has been married to Rick Leventhal, a former Fox News personality, for over five years. They got married in October 2020.

Dodd was previously married twice. She and Michael Dodd were married from 2006 to 2018 and have a 19-year-old daughter named Jolie. Before that, she was married to Scott Silva from 2001 to 2004.

Last November, a voicemail from Dodd became public, revealing a heated confrontation with Jolie. Dodd accused Jolie of several offenses, like blocking her on social media and taking her father’s side in a disagreement.

Dodd allegedly left a voicemail for a friend of her daughter after blocking her on social media. In the message, she claimed to have damaging recordings of her daughter and threatened to make them public.

Dodd stated he possessed recordings of the individual yelling at their father for not providing a vacation or a car. He claimed to have saved these recordings and threatened to release them publicly, asking if the individual understood the implications.

She went on, saying, “You’re going to embarrass yourself, and honestly, it’s naive to think you have a chance of winning. It’s also unfair to bring mental health into this.”

Dodd followed up on the video by posting on Instagram, explaining that some untrustworthy sources had twisted her words and taken them out of context.

She advised listeners to remember who is speaking when they hear negative or untrue things being said about her, and to think about what that person’s motivations might be.

Dodd said there’s a lot of inaccurate information being reported about him in the media. He can’t respond to everything right now, but plans to address it soon and promises the truth will be surprising.

‘Love you guys and really appreciate all the support and understanding you’re [sending] my way.’

She said in an adjacent reel, ‘Everybody wants me to talk about what is going on, and I’m going to.
