New photos have been released for the third season of Kristen Bell and Adam Brody’s Netflix romantic comedy, Nobody Wants This. The images hint at a possible romance blossoming between popular characters Sasha, played by Timothy Simons, and Morgan, played by Justine Lupe.
The photos, including a behind-the-scenes snapshot, show the two looking affectionate as they share intimate glances. Another picture reveals them enjoying a meal together.
Many fans shared their disappointment on Reddit about a potential new romance in the series. One viewer wrote that they “are going to hate it” and don’t want to see it happen.

One person hoped their connection would remain a sweet friendship. Another felt they were more like family, describing their dynamic as a close, sibling-like bond, even joking with each other and calling each other ‘losers’.
Michael Hitchcock, who plays Henry Williams in the romantic comedy, announced on Instagram earlier this month that they’ve finished filming the third season. Fans are now eagerly awaiting news about when it will be released.

In the second season, Sasha’s wife, Esther (played by Jackie Tohn), announced she wanted a separation. Tohn explained to Tudum that Esther felt like something was lacking in their relationship.
By the end of the season, Joanne and Noah’s relationship had become very solid. Joanne made the decision to become Jewish, and Noah realized he wanted to be with her regardless of her choice.
Noah and Joanne have a strong connection, but a religious difference is causing problems. Noah doesn’t want Joanne to change her beliefs just to be with him, and Joanne doesn’t want to alter who she is for anyone. This creates a lot of tension between them, as both want to be together but are hesitant to compromise, according to Bell in an interview with Tudum.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jodie Foster, who is also an executive producer on the show, confirmed that the next season will resolve the ambiguity surrounding the characters’ relationship.

I wanted to portray the realistic side of a new relationship – the part where things aren’t always perfect, but a genuine connection still grows,” she explained. “It’s a different kind of happy ending, built on trust and a sense of security.”
It might not seem glamorous, but that’s what a strong relationship is built on,” she explained. “Now that we’ve reached that point—we’re committed and won’t be breaking up or constantly needing reassurance—we can finally move forward and see what the future holds.”
