Nike’s Mercurial Superfly 11 Elite Ditches the High-Top Look

The Nike Mercurial Superfly 11 Elite will be released on June 1st. It features a multi-color and black color scheme and is available for $315 USD. You can find it at Nike, with SKU number IO8219-900.

The Nike Mercurial Superfly 11 Elite is the latest version of Nike’s popular soccer cleat, launching with the Vapor 17 Elite before the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It features a mid-cut collar for better ankle support and a lightweight feel. The cleat’s upper is made with Nike’s new AtomKnit technology—a very lightweight and see-through material—creating a close, barefoot-like connection with the ball. The sleek design includes a bold black Nike Swoosh and bright, colorful accents, combining high performance with a striking look.

Okay, so I’ve been checking out the Superfly 11, and one of the coolest things is the soleplate. It’s the same FlyLite plate they used on the Vapor 17, which is awesome because it’s designed for amazing grip and quick moves on regular grass fields. They’ve got these blade-like traction patterns and chevron-shaped studs that really help you accelerate and change direction. Plus, the shoe feels super snug and responsive, and they’ve added cushioned insoles, so even when you’re playing for a long time, your feet stay comfortable. It’s a really well-thought-out design!
