Get ready, BTS fans! Your favorite group will be at the American Music Awards on May 25th for a special appearance. Details are still unclear, but it’s exciting that they’ll be there!
The K-Pop group is up for three awards: Artist of the Year, Song of the Summer for their hit “Swim,” and Best K-Pop artist. They’re expected to win the Best K-Pop artist award, although they’ll be competing against many other talented musicians in that category.
In 2021, BTS was named Artist of the Year, marking the first time a group had won the award since 2015 when One Direction took home the prize. Interestingly, Harry Styles, who was a member of One Direction, is now nominated for the same award in 2026.
BTS will make a special appearance at the American Music Awards
The American Music Awards are happening on Monday, May 25th, at 8 PM Eastern Time. The event will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and you can tune in live on CBS or stream it on Paramount+. Queen Latifah is hosting the show.
