Eve Myles and Timothy Spall land National Television Award nominations as 2026 longlist is revealed

The nominations are in for the National Television Awards 2026! Popular actors including Eve Myles, Timothy Spall, and Jodie Whittaker will be competing for the award for best drama performance.

Both versions of The Traitors – the original and the celebrity edition – are competing against each other for the Reality Competition award. They’re up against popular shows like Big Brother, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, and Love Island.

Popular shows like At Home With the Furys could win a new award this year! The National Television Awards (NTAs) are introducing a Reality Docuseries category for the very first time.

The National Television Awards ceremony will be held at The O2 in London on Tuesday, September 8th, with Joel Dommett hosting for the sixth consecutive year. You can vote for your favorite shows and personalities until 11 PM on Friday, May 29th, 2026 – visit www.nationaltvawards.com to cast your vote. The nominees will be revealed in August, followed by a final voting period. Tune in to ITV to find out who wins on the night.
