Critics condemn ‘bitter’ Rebecca Loos for once again inserting herself into the Beckham family feud by appearing in new documentary – 22 years after claims of an affair with David

Okay, so I’ve been following this whole Brooklyn Beckham family drama, and honestly? Rebecca Loos just had to jump in, didn’t she? Everyone’s saying she’s doing it for attention, and I kind of get it. She’s suddenly decided now is the time to talk about a supposed affair with David Beckham? It feels totally calculated, especially with everything going on with Brooklyn and his family. It’s like she saw the headlines and thought, ‘Ooh, this is my moment!’ It’s just… frustrating, because it’s adding fuel to an already messy fire.

More than twenty years after alleging an affair with David Beckham after his transfer to Real Madrid, the former public relations professional will appear in a Channel 5 documentary titled ‘The Beckham Feud: Truth And Lies’, airing on February 1st.

Recent video shows Loos, who briefly appeared on reality TV after publicly claiming an affair with a former soccer player, stating that Brooklyn’s recent behavior seems to prove her claims from 22 years ago.

Despite having no connection to Brooklyn or his family, the woman, who is a mother of two, is facing criticism for getting involved in the situation.

One upset viewer expressed their frustration on X, questioning why Rebecca Loos was brought into the discussion. They pointed out that she had a past affair with a married man who remained with his wife, suggesting she may be biased against the Beckhams.

‘She has zero credibility, brings nothing new to the saga, & is attention-seeking YET again.’ 

Someone else commented, expressing outrage that this person would openly admit to having an affair with a married man. They called him despicable and compared him to another disliked individual, accusing them both of sharing harmful content publicly and telling him to go away.

Someone else commented that she admitted to having affairs with both a married man and a client, both of which are considered unacceptable.

If David really was deceitful, that doesn’t excuse his actions. But doesn’t Victoria have the right to try and fix things for herself in any way she can? Loos should be the one apologizing to her, not criticizing her.

Someone else commented that Rebecca Loos is repeating her claims, and questioned why those she’s talking about haven’t taken legal action if they believe she’s lying.

Loos gained international attention when she publicly stated she had a relationship with David Beckham while working as the family’s publicist after his transfer to Real Madrid in 2003.

She explained that speaking out has unexpectedly put her in the middle of a public relations battle. While small, this situation does offer some confirmation of the concerns she raised 22 years ago.

Brooklyn Beckham seems to prioritize appearances and self-promotion over genuine connections, valuing endorsements and building his personal brand above all else.

Last Monday, a family dispute involving the Beckhams became more public when Brooklyn Beckham shared posts claiming his parents, David and Victoria, attempted to undermine his marriage and consistently put their public image ahead of family connections.

He explained in a six-page Instagram post that his parents have always carefully managed how the press and public see their family. He described growing up with staged social media posts, carefully planned events, and relationships that didn’t feel genuine.

Brooklyn is the oldest of David and Victoria Beckham’s four children. Now 26, he’s explored several creative paths, including modeling, photography, and even cooking.

He married American actor Nicola Peltz, daughter of activist investor Nelson Peltz, in 2022.

I’ve personally witnessed how far some people will go to spread lies in the media, often harming innocent individuals, all to maintain a false image. However, I’m confident that the truth will eventually be revealed.

He stated he has no desire to make amends with his family, explaining that he’s asserting his independence and finally taking control of his own life.

The complaints shared in the Instagram stories largely relate to the Peltz-Beckham wedding in Florida. He claimed his mother unexpectedly stopped offering to design the wedding dress and interrupted his first dance with his wife, which was meant to be to a song by Marc Anthony.

He said she danced suggestively on him in public, leaving him feeling deeply uncomfortable and humiliated – the worst he’d ever felt in his life.

I was really shocked to read that before the wedding, my parents kept pushing and even offered me money to give up my rights to my own name. It’s just… unbelievable to me that they would try to do that.

Loos also discussed Brooklyn’s accusation that Victoria interrupted his first dance. This happened after Anthony complimented the designer, calling her ‘the most beautiful woman in the room’.

She explained to Channel 5 that it doesn’t matter who actually said something insensitive – whether it was her or Marc Anthony – because it demonstrated a disregard for how others might feel.

Most mothers would have recognized how uncomfortable the situation was and politely redirected the attention. They would have likely said something like, ‘Thank you, but Nicola is the most beautiful woman here – Nicola, would you like to dance?’

Perhaps if the mother had overindulged and wasn’t realizing how inappropriate the situation was, the father or husband could have intervened. He might have playfully picked up Nicola, spun her around, and then switched dancing partners so she could have a turn.

As soon as Brooklyn made his big announcement last week, Loos jumped into the drama on social media. I’ve been following this whole thing closely, and it was only a matter of time before they both spoke up!
