Rihanna’s baby daddy A$AP Rocky makes rare remarks about their three children

A$AP Rocky recently shared some personal details about his three children with Rihanna, playfully calling himself and Rihanna ‘cool parents.’

Rapper A$AP Rocky, age 37 (born Rakim Athelaston Mayers), says his three-year-old son, RZA Athelston Mayers, has a very different personality from his two-year-old son, Riot Rose Mayers.

A$AP Rocky recently told the NYT Popcast that his sons are just over a year apart in age. He described them as very close, but noted that one of them, RZA, tends to be quite reserved and doesn’t socialize much.

My younger son, Riot, is mostly interested in having fun and being the center of attention. He loves making a grand entrance wherever he goes, and he’s really into simple things like cotton candy – just a typical kid at heart.

The Grammy-nominated artist also mentioned that RZA has never liked candy and doesn’t eat it.

On September 13th, the singer, known as Friend of Mine, welcomed their third child, a daughter named Rocki Irish Mayers. They say she’s quickly become the center of attention in their family.

‘Baby Rocki man, she’s something, you know she’s 4 months,’ A$AP Rocky gushed.

She looks just like me – she’s my twin! And surprisingly, she’s already very chatty for four months old, always giggling and smiling.

Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Fenty, playfully suggested she might want another baby soon. She responded to a post by former Love Island contestant Montana Brown, who was jokingly considering getting pregnant in 2026.

The nine-time Grammy winner replied: ‘Wait! So I’m not crazy then? Bet!’

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky first connected in 2011 when he featured on her track “Cockiness (Love It),” but their romantic relationship didn’t start until 2020.

‘I got with a very special woman,’ the native New Yorker – who has yet to propose – gushed.

It’s incredible how much we have in common! We’re the same age, and it feels really special because my dad actually comes from her home country. When I visit family, I get to experience both sides of my heritage, and honestly, the similarities between us are just hilarious – we’re always joking about it. She’s always been my closest friend, my ride-or-die, you know? I’ve always had her back and she’s always had mine.

A$AP Rocky explained that both he and Rihanna have a 1988 tattoo, and that this year is also significant because his father, Adrian ‘Duke’ Athelston Mayers, was born in Barbados.

I was really struck by how Rihanna supported A$AP Rocky throughout his legal troubles. It was tough to watch him face potentially eight years in prison related to the 2021 shooting involving his friend, A$AP Relli, but she stood by him the whole time. It showed a lot about their relationship, seeing her there for him through everything.

After the jury found him not guilty on February 18th in the assault case involving a firearm, A$AP Rocky leaped into Rihanna’s arms in a celebratory moment.

Drake, known for his role in ‘If I Had Legs I’d Kick You,’ has dated several well-known women, including Teyana Taylor, Sophie Brussaux, Kendall Jenner, Rita Ora, Chanel Iman, and Iggy Azalea.

Rihanna has reportedly been linked to several high-profile relationships, including with Chris Brown, Shia LaBeouf, John Hartnett, Drake, Ryan Phillippe, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Travis Scott.

A$AP Rocky revealed his 42-city “Don’t Be Dumb” tour on Tuesday. The tour starts May 27th in Chicago and promotes his latest album, which has 15 songs.
