Adele sells home to her stylist for a $2.5m loss

She grew up in difficult conditions in Tottenham, north London, after her father left.

Perhaps the most important event in Adele’s life happened almost ten years later, when she and her mother were living in an apartment above a Co-op grocery store in West Norwood, south London.

A friend noticed the 13-year-old’s singing and encouraged her mother to help her develop her talent.

Today, that initial impression has proven true, backed up by numerous awards like an Oscar and many Grammys, as well as a fortune estimated at around £170 million.

As a long-time fan, it’s so heartwarming to hear about Adele continuing to show her gratitude to the people who’ve supported her. I’m hearing now that she’s just given her stylist, Jamie Mizrahi, an incredible gift – a $2.5 million discount on one of her properties overlooking Beverly Hills. It really shows what a genuinely kind person she is!

Adele purchased a $10 million home from her friend Nicole Richie in 2021, but it appears she only used it as a guest house connected to her main, larger home.

Now that Adele has started building her new £45 million home, it seems she’s decided to downsize and is selling some of her belongings.

She’s thrilled to have sold her four-bedroom home for $7.5 million. The buyer is stylist Jamie, who also works with stars like Katy Perry and Ariana Grande, and Jamie’s husband, Nico, a venture capitalist.

The house is advertised with ‘3.5’ bathrooms, which seems like a detail they might discuss when comparing it to their other home.

The location is Montecito, where Jamie reportedly became close with Meghan Markle, who owns a mansion with an incredible 13.5 bathrooms.

Charlotte slips on her banana dress

As someone who keeps a close eye on style, let me tell you, Charlotte Olympia Dellal is a true trendsetter. Her shoes are everywhere – seriously, everyone from royalty like Meghan Markle to music icons like Taylor Swift are fans. She doesn’t just follow the fashion, she makes it.

Charlotte, age 44, may have made a fashion misstep with her recent outfit choice. She dressed as a half-peeled banana for a party in London and convinced her husband, 45-year-old private equity investor Maxim Crewe, to dress in a matching fruity costume.

She joked online: ‘Let’s go bananas.’

Esme engagement sealed with a kiss

Esme Creed-Miles, known for her role as Marianne Dashwood in the upcoming Sense and Sensibility series alongside Daisy Edgar-Jones, is also enjoying a happy personal life.

Samantha Morton’s daughter, who is 25, is engaged to Daisy Maybe, a 31-year-old singer and model. We reported on their relationship developing last summer.

Esme, describing herself as ‘the happiest girl in the world,’ shared a photo online of her kissing Daisy and holding up a sparkler.

Esme, who publicly came out as a lesbian last year, says she’s grateful to live in a time and place where she can freely express who she is.

My hairo! Davina hails her husband

Davina McCall, author of the bestselling book Menopausing, publicly thanked her husband, Michael Douglas, a hairdresser, for his unwavering support.

The judge from The Masked Singer described her December wedding as ‘absolutely perfect,’ sharing that it was a small, private ceremony with just 11 guests. She also praised her husband as a strong supporter of women, particularly when it comes to navigating menopause – he’s even helped her and other women with hair loss related to it.

Davina, 58, adds: ‘I can’t walk down the street without women nodding at me and smiling.’

I have to say, even with all the reports of rats running around because of the bin strikes, Birmingham completely won me over while I was filming the latest series of Silent Witness. It’s a fantastic city, and we had a great time there despite everything!

‘I didn’t know Birmingham at all,’ admits the actress, 51, who lives in west London.

Focusing on stories set in Birmingham has been fantastic for the show, and it’s also a truly lovely city to film in.

She adds: ‘I’ve had some of the best meals of my life in the Balti Triangle.’

Celebrities are taking sides in the disagreement between the Beckhams, and Susannah Constantine is publicly supporting Brooklyn.

As someone who keeps a close eye on style and relationships, let me tell you, I’m really rooting for Brooklyn and Nicola! In a world that often feels so curated, their connection feels genuinely sweet, deep, and totally real. It’s refreshing to see, and honestly, it makes me happy – here’s hoping their love story continues beautifully.

Susannah used to say that Victoria Beckham, known as Posh Spice, secretly relied on a personal stylist. While praising Victoria’s ability to wear heels, Susannah believes her fashion sense isn’t natural, suggesting it feels overly created or artificial.

Kaleb Cooper is still benefiting from his popularity on the successful Prime Video series, Clarkson’s Farm.

I can reveal Jeremy Clarkson’s popular sidekick has made £2.6million.

Recent financial reports show he earned £1 million in profits from his five businesses.

If you find yourself at a museum and a good-looking man catches your eye, it might just be actor Bradley Cooper.

He recalls visiting the Rodin Museum in Paris and being struck not so much by the sculptures themselves, but by the people observing them – he found their reactions more captivating. He shared this memory at a screening of his new film, ‘Is This Thing On?’

‘I remember thinking, as a kid, “What is wrong with me?”, but that is what I wanted to look at.’
