Karol G and Feid reportedly break up after 3 years together

Singers Karol G and Feid have reportedly broken up after dating for three years.

According to TMZ, the split was “amicable” and the duo remain on good terms.

Karol G and Feid’s teams haven’t yet confirmed or denied reports of a breakup when asked by The Times.

I’ve been keeping up with Karol G and Feid, and it’s strange – neither of them have said anything about breaking up online. Karol G’s latest post is all about Christmas, and Feid’s been busy promoting his new song, “Cambiaré,” with Luis Fonsi. It feels a little odd that they haven’t addressed things directly to their fans.

Following a frightening experience, the Colombian artist created ‘Tropicoqueta’ as a tribute to her heritage, and as a way to connect with her increasingly large international audience.

Rumors of a romance between the Colombian stars began swirling after they worked together on the 2021 song “Friki.” Fans were pretty sure they were a couple when they appeared together at the 2023 Latin Grammys, where Karol G took home the award for Album of the Year with “Mañana Será Bonito.”

The singer known as “Provenza” revealed she’s dating Feid in March 2024 by sharing a photo on Instagram of them holding hands at the Billboard Women in Music event.

Feid was featured on Karol G’s 2025 album “Tropicoqueta” on the track “Verano Rosa.”

Feid spoke with The Times last year about how the single came to be.

Before his performance at L.A.’s HARD Summer festival, De Los spoke with Feid. The Colombian artist discussed his album ‘Ferxxo Vol X: Sagrado,’ collaborating with Karol G, and a recent appearance in a Marvel comic book.

We first recorded the song in 2023, but we experimented with its sound quite a bit. We wanted to make sure Karol’s vocals sounded authentically like Karol, and mine sounded like Ferxxo.”

Starting in 2020, Feid performed under the name El Ferxxo (pronounced Fercho). He created this alter ego to connect with his heritage, drawing inspiration from the slang and culture of his hometown, Medellín, and incorporating it into his music.

Feid explained that Karol suggested they include the song on her album, saying it would be amazing to release a collaboration because their fans love them together. They went back to the studio and kept recording until they were both happy with the result. Feid emphasized that working with Karol is always a great experience, as she has a clear vision for her music. He added that having her as a partner, and being able to collaborate with family, is truly special and a blessing.
