Dee Salmin is known for her edgy ensembles.
The radio host, often known for her progressive opinions, seemed more moderate on Tuesday while at the Australian Open‘s Take Off Party in Melbourne.
The 30-year-old looked effortlessly stylish while accompanied by her boyfriend, Darcy Moore, who plays defense for Collingwood.
She paired a striped corseted top in a shade of grey with a simple, flowing white skirt.
Dee completed her outfit with pastel orange, lilac, and yellow sneakers, and a simple white leather shoulder bag.
Dee chose a fresh, rosy makeup look with pink lipstick and a subtle line of black eyeliner. She wore her blonde hair down, styled in soft waves.

Darcy chose a knitted polo shirt, which he matched with dark blue trousers and sneakers.
It was quite a change from Dee’s normally eye-catching, outrageous fashion statements.
Salmin turned heads at both a high fashion gala in December and the ARIAs in November, notably wearing a dress she found at a local Vinnie’s thrift store and styled to resemble Marie Antoinette.
Dee has developed a reputation for speaking out about her very ‘woke’ views.
In July 2024, she offered a very progressive explanation for why she doesn’t want to live with the captain of the championship-winning Collingwood team.
As a lifestyle expert, I often talk about healthy relationships, and it’s fascinating to see people open up about their own experiences. Recently, Salmin, who hosts Triple J’s ‘The Sunday Hook Up’ – a really informative sex education program – shared some details about her romance on the ABC show ‘Ladies, We Need To Talk.’ It was a really open and honest conversation!
Right now, my partner and I aren’t living together, and honestly, we’re both leading really full, independent lives. We’re both just so busy with our own things, it works for us at the moment.
‘We get to have so much of what we had when we were still single in our relationship.
‘But I wonder how much you can actually upkeep that when you do end up living together.

‘So much of it is hetero-dynamic learnt behaviours you might fall into.’
Essentially, she used those five words to show that she and Moore don’t fit the traditional expectation that women should do most of the housework and childcare in a relationship.
Yumi Stynes, the show’s host—a TV star who’s now a radio personality and author—supported her, arguing that living together can lead to boring, unromantic routines. She then questioned Salmin about whether she believed all couples should avoid living together.
‘I’m going to be doing it for as long as possible,’ Salmin said.
I also told my partner that I’d like to have separate bedrooms if we ever live together. It’s really important to me.
Salmin explained that it’s crucial to prioritize self-care and personal growth. ‘You can’t rely on your partner to fulfill all your needs,’ she said.
