Kate Ritchie was enjoying the last of summer weather this weekend.
The radio host posted a glamorous selfie on Instagram, showing her relaxing and sunbathing on a boat.
The 47-year-old displayed her fit physique while wearing an animal-print swimsuit and a grey cap to shield her face.
‘Okay, okay. It’s goodbye to a beautiful break. No more of this,’ the actress wrote in her caption.
She announced that her summer break was finished and she was returning to her job hosting the Nova radio show, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie.
I was so thrilled to see Kate back on the show last year! She’d been away for a while, focusing on her health, and we all missed her terribly. It’s wonderful to have her back.

It comes after the former soap star finally revealed that she has no plans to return to Summer Bay.
Kate became well-known in 1988 for her role as Sally Fletcher on the show Home and Away, and she left the series in 2008.
After years of speculation about a possible comeback to the popular Seven show, Ritchie unexpectedly revealed her plans during an interview on Nova 96.9’s breakfast program.
She explained on the Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie show that the program is successful enough now that they no longer require Sally’s involvement.
Ritchie explained that her character, Sally, is doing well, and while she still feels fondly about Home and Away, the show has continued without her involvement.
Kate jokingly suggested she might go back to Summer Bay if invited, but then immediately said she wouldn’t.
‘That’s a chapter of my life that’s done,’ she said.
Ritchie explained that producers have contacted her several times over the past 17 years to see if she’d be interested in returning to the soap opera.

Ritchie mentioned she enjoys the show, but doesn’t watch it very often.
She jokingly said she tried watching the show about five years ago, but couldn’t handle seeing strangers in her home, using her furniture.
The news follows the radio personality’s announcement last October that she was considering going back to the television drama.
She said producers had stopped contacting her recently, but they assured her she could still be considered for future opportunities, as they told the Herald Sun.
Honestly, just the thought of going back, seeing everyone again, and working with those incredible actors… it’s a dream come true! I’d do it in a heartbeat. The only thing I wonder is if it would actually work now, you know? If it still feels right, that’s all.
In 1988, Ritchie became famous at just eight years old when she began playing Sally Fletcher on a popular TV show.
After playing the same character on a TV show for two decades, she’s shared that it was challenging for her to establish who she was as a person, separate from her on-screen role.
