Following a tradition from previous seasons of Traitors, the contestants enjoyed a dinner party where they each explained their strategy for selecting the prize money.
But Faithful Jack Butler might have let it slip he has won the show.
On Friday’s show, Jack, age 29, revealed his plans for the prize money: he’d use it for a down payment on a house and to propose to his girlfriend.
Jack proposed to his girlfriend in Santorini in July, and he shared photos of the happy occasion on social media, confirming his plans had come to fruition.
Before the show became popular, he admitted he was planning to propose and wanted to take his partner on a special trip.
During a recent TV appearance on Friday, Jack revealed that he and his girlfriend are saving for a house deposit, like many people in the UK. He also hinted that he plans to propose in the next few months.
‘Yeah I’ve got a secret plan, the ring’s already sorted so it’s a massive surprise.’
“Is this your engagement party?” Rachel asked, smiling as Jack chuckled and confirmed with a simple, “Yeah, go ahead, you guessed it.”
Jack hasn’t shared many photos of the proposal itself, but he did post a picture of his girlfriend’s hand with her new diamond ring, announcing that she’s his fiancée.
Photos from their engagement show Jack proposing on one knee while they were sailing in the Aegean Sea, just two months after filming wrapped up in Scotland.
Jack hasn’t said much publicly about the event, but Durham Rose, the jewelry company, posted photos of it on their Instagram page.

Following a highly emotional discussion among the contestants on Friday, the final eight players have been chosen for The Traitors.
Ellie Buckley, age 33, was visibly upset when she received the most votes and had to leave, but her parting words surprised everyone else in the group.
Psychologist Ellie, who identifies as a Faithful, shared that she’s dating Ross Garshong, 37, a contestant who was previously eliminated from the BBC show.
Before I leave, I need to tell you something. I didn’t come here by myself – I came with my boyfriend, Ross.
The show revealed her secret in episode four, and her fellow competitors were shocked to hear it.
Viewers started to wonder if the two characters knew each other as soon as they got on the train in the Scottish Highlands at the beginning of the series on New Year’s Day.
Viewers thought the two Londoners, who were sitting across from each other, seemed too comfortable to have just met.
A photo from a work trip in June 2024 showing Ellie and Ross together proved they had met before appearing on the show.
Since wrapping up filming last May, both of them have shared vacation photos from the same spot in Tenerife.
Ellie posted some bikini photos, likely taken at the luxurious Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort, with the caption: ‘A little winter sunshine is good for the soul.’
Ross, a popular fitness model ranked among the top five in Europe, shared photos from his Tenerife vacation on Instagram. He captioned the post with a playful message – ‘Enjoying the sun and working out! Do you guys train while on holiday?’
Ross was the third player eliminated from Ardross Castle. The other contestants suspected he was connected to fellow player Netty Österberg, 42, which led to his removal.
During Friday’s episode, Jessie Roux was eliminated from the competition by the Traitors, leaving just eight players remaining.
The episode concluded with Traitors Rachel and Stephen needing to choose a Faithful player to receive the ceremonial dagger.
Having the dagger gives someone an extra vote at the upcoming roundtable discussion, and since the final is so close, it could significantly impact the outcome.
