Jennifer Aniston was seen all bundled up for the winter weather while in New York City on Thursday.
The 56-year-old actress from The Morning Show was wearing a light green puffer jacket with the hood pulled up and zipped tight.
The Los Angeles local stayed warm with a black scarf and a cozy floppy hat.
The outfit was completed with light-wash, acid-washed blue jeans and white platform sneakers.
This is a 180 from how she looks on Instagram as she shows off her abs and strong arms for PVOLVE.
Last week, the Daily Mail interviewed Dani Coleman, the star’s trainer, to find out her secrets for staying in shape.

According to a recent interview with the Daily Mail, the Friends actress is a joy to work with, maintaining a positive attitude and often making jokes while exercising to upbeat pop music.
Jen always prioritizes physical activity, no matter how busy she is or where she travels, according to Coleman in an interview with the Daily Mail. She believes that even a little bit of exercise each day is beneficial, and she appreciates that PVOLVE offers workouts of various lengths and types to fit any schedule.
Jennifer Aniston, who Coleman refers to as a ‘super woman,’ makes sure to work all of her muscles with complete, full-body workouts.
Oh my gosh, when someone asked about a hidden side of Jennifer, you won’t BELIEVE what she’s like! Apparently, she absolutely lives for a tough workout. But honestly, even though she pushes herself so hard, it’s her amazing sense of humor and how incredibly down-to-earth she is that really shine through, even during the most intense sessions. It’s just… perfect! I knew she was incredible, but this just confirms it!
As a trainer, I’ve worked with Jennifer Aniston for years, and people might be surprised to hear that even she has days where she just doesn’t feel like working out! It’s totally normal, even for someone as dedicated as her. We all have those days, and it’s important to listen to your body.
PVOLVE has started a new campaign for 2026 called ‘Worth It Everytime’ to encourage people to push through their reluctance to exercise, because they’ll likely feel better afterwards.

Aniston and Coleman have been workout buddies since around 2020.
Coleman shared that they’ve been collaborating every week for nearly five years, and they still enjoy working together while consistently improving.
I was introduced to Jen through a friend, and that’s how she discovered PVOLVE. She began watching the workout streams and then asked about having a personal training session at her place.
You know, when I first met Jennifer Aniston, I was immediately struck by her. She just radiates positivity – incredibly hardworking, genuinely kind, and seriously funny! I also adore how she always has her sweet pups, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, nearby, even when she’s taking time for herself to stretch. It just feels so her – down-to-earth and full of love.
Coleman added that Aniston impressed her right off the bat.
I still remember our very first workout together – we really worked everything with resistance bands, a Pilates ball, and those amazing gliders! What I love about training clients at PVOLVE is that every session is different. I genuinely enjoy crafting personalized workouts for them, curating the perfect playlist, and constantly finding new ways to push them to reach their goals.
And they have a game plan.
The trainer explained that Jen and she work out using their three special programs: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training.
We focus on full-body workouts, using equipment like resistance bands, a three-step trainer, exercise balls, and gliders. We also incorporate heavier dumbbells to build lean muscle. Our workouts are challenging, set to good music, and include breaks for playing with our dogs!

Coleman is a fan of this campaign because it feels authentic. It captures the honest thoughts we all have before and during exercise – the moments of doubt, trying to motivate ourselves, and finally, the little victories that get us going.
Coleman admitted that sometimes it is hard for her and Aniston to get to the gym.
One of the reasons this campaign resonates with people is because it captures the common struggle of getting motivated to exercise. Many of us second-guess ourselves before working out, and PVOLVE aims to make fitness feel encouraging and attainable, not intimidating.
The new film, Worth It Everytime, starring Jennifer Aniston, realistically portrays the internal debate many people have before exercising.
Coleman shared with the Daily Mail that filming the new ‘Worth It Everytime’ campaign was a blast. The video showcases that PVOLVE isn’t just about exercise; it’s about developing lasting mental and physical strength and making fitness a consistent part of your life.
The video perfectly shows the internal struggle before exercising – that little debate we have with ourselves, and the feeling of finally committing to a workout. Making it really highlighted how good it feels to move your body in a way that benefits your physical and mental well-being.
She shared the inspiration behind the mindfulness theme, explaining that a workout truly begins before the physical activity. They chose to focus on the mental aspect of exercise, believing it’s just as crucial as the physical benefits.
By working with Headspace, we’re providing resources to help people stay focused and present during workouts. This turns each session into more than just exercise – it’s a mindful experience that builds lasting strength and encourages consistent effort.

The campaign includes a New Year’s Mindset Challenge: a four-week program focused on building consistent habits. It features short, easy-to-follow classes – around 30 to 35 minutes long – to make it simpler to stick with it.
Jennifer Aniston revealed in October that she’s been using the Pvolve system to build muscle at home in Bel Air, California. She calls it a ‘smart’ way to work out and has been dating Jim Curtis.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m always looking for ways to feel and look our best, and I’ve found that true strength is so much more than just hitting the gym – it’s actually one of the biggest secrets to aging gracefully. And it looks like Jennifer Aniston is really embracing that philosophy! I noticed reports back in October highlighting her dedication to building strength as part of her wellness routine.
Pvolve has helped her find a smart, safe, and effective way to get stronger, challenge herself, and stay healthy as she ages. She’s now advancing her fitness journey even further with The Longevity Bundle.
As a longtime Pvolve enthusiast, I can tell you their Longevity Bundle is a game-changer! It’s specifically created to help women like me keep our metabolism up, protect our bones as we age, and genuinely feel stronger and more capable in our everyday lives. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about building a body that works well for years to come.
This set contains Jennifer’s go-to Pvolve gear, including the new Body Band. It’s a flexible tool that provides resistance without needing heavy weights, allowing you to work every muscle and get great results without the stress of dumbbells or barbells.
Pvolve kicked off the fall season with a Strength Challenge from October 29th to November 12th. For every participant who finished the challenge, Pvolve donated $1 to Women in Medicine to help fund important research focused on women’s health.
This comes after size two (UK size six) Aniston shared what she eats on her cheat days.
Angelina Jolie recently told People magazine that her new cookbook, Cooking With Clydeo, which came out on September 9th, features lots of comforting recipes she enjoys making when she’s craving a treat.
Aniston will have ‘pizza nights, burgers or Mexican food’, she told the outlet.
She also enjoys going out to eat. ‘I love having dinner with my friends – a martini and a great meal are the perfect treat,’ she said.
She loves eating at Nobu in Malibu for Japanese food and Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks for Mexican cuisine.
She revealed her favorite recipe from the new book is a savory snack: Aniston’s personal choice is Enchilada Bites.
She described the cheesy recipe as a guilt-free treat, explaining that the small portions made it perfectly acceptable. ‘You can even make each bite last,’ she added, emphasizing how delicious it was.
Cook with Clydeo is a cookbook featuring 35 recipes for all meals and snacks, with many written as if told by a dog named Clydeo. The author plans to release two more books: Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter later this year, and Clydeo Makes A Friend in winter 2026.
