Pierce Brosnan, 72, and his model son Dylan, 29, enjoy a stroll out in Majorca as the actor continues to film MobLand

On Thursday, Pierce Brosnan and his son Dylan were seen taking a leisurely walk in Valldemossa, Majorca.

The 72-year-old Irish actor appeared cheerful and cozy, sporting a brown coat and baseball cap while enjoying the sunny weather.

Dylan, 29, an actor following in his father’s footsteps, joined Pierce, who is currently filming the second season of the Paramount+ series MobLand in Spain.

Dylan looked fashionable in a camel jacket and jeans while out and about with friends.

James Bond star Sir Michael Caine recently revealed how he drastically changed his appearance and skills to play boxing trainer Brendan Ingle in the upcoming film, Giant. The movie tells the story of Prince Naseem Hamed’s journey to becoming a world champion.

The actor shared that even after spending hours getting special make-up and prosthetics applied, he still wore the famous leopard print tracksuit.

Pierce recently appeared on The One Show to discuss his new film with Amir El-Masry, the actor who plays Prince Naseem.

Pierce explained that playing the role required a significant change in his appearance. He didn’t resemble the character Brendan, and upon reading the script, he was incredibly impressed, calling it a ‘jewel’ crafted by the director and screenwriter, Rowan Athale. He also mentioned that prosthetics were used to help him transform.

I was so fascinated to hear about the transformation Pierce went through for his role as Brendan! Apparently, he spent hours getting made up by the special effects team. He mentioned it took a good couple of hours, and involved a bald cap and a prosthetic nose. It’s amazing how much work goes into creating a character!

Angellica Bell asked Pierce about his experience with the show’s costume, saying, ‘What was it like wearing the leopard print tracksuit? You even did some dancing in it!’

The actor explained that the performer was a natural showman, much like Brendan and Naz. They all had a flair for the dramatic and a desire to captivate a global audience, which they successfully achieved.

He then joked: ‘But yeah…the leopard skin… I kept the leopard skin! You never know….’

Sylvester Stallone, known for his role in Rocky, produced the film, while Rowan Athale wrote and directed it.

Giant is the inspiring true story of a British-Yemeni boxer who rose from poverty to success in the gritty streets of Sheffield. It follows his journey and how he was discovered by Brendan, a former steelworker who became his boxing trainer.

The movie tells the story of a boxer who rises to become a world champion, guided by an Irish boxing trainer.

The surprising collaboration between Brendan and Prince Naseem, combined with Naseem’s unique boxing style, confident attitude, and incredible skill, made them boxing superstars. They achieved this success despite facing racism in Britain during the 1980s and 90s.

As a storyteller, I’m thrilled to share that a project I’ve been championing for years is finally coming to life! We discovered Rowan’s incredible talent for screenwriting a while back when they penned the ‘Giant’ screenplay, and we immediately knew it was a story worth sharing with the world. We’ve been dedicated to bringing it to the big screen ever since.

Amir and Pierce are a strong leading pair, and we’re thrilled that Zygi and the team at True Brit – known for successfully launching British films – share our confidence in ‘Giant’s’ potential as a great movie.

The film is scheduled for release in the UK and Ireland on January 9.
