ITV’s much-loved spin-off show Love Island: All Stars returned this week.
Shaughna Phillips, a former contestant on Love Island, revealed her incredible five-stone weight loss by posting a before-and-after bikini video on Instagram Thursday. The 31-year-old shared the video to showcase her transformation.
The reality TV star showed off her amazing weight loss transformation in a bright pink bikini, sharing photos from the past 14 months.
In a previous video, Shaughna showed off a bandeau bikini from both the front and side, and shared with her followers that she used to weigh 97 kilograms.
The video then showed Shaughna confidently posing in a halterneck bikini, highlighting her figure after losing weight and reaching 61kg.
She shared her fitness routine with a before-and-after photo, writing: ‘I seriously need this! That’s why we’re starting it up again!!’

I mentioned I was starting the ‘Shred It’ plan again for my own goals, and I was amazed by how many of you expressed interest in joining! So, I’m officially opening up the ‘Shred It Plan’ club to everyone.
You might recall that I got into incredible shape last year by following a specific plan – I lost five and a half stone! It wasn’t a fast process; it took over fourteen months to achieve those results.
After losing a significant amount of weight and wanting to expand my group of friends, I’m now fully prepared to push myself harder than ever before.
This follows her response to online criticism last year, when she denied using the weight loss drug Ozempic after showcasing her significant weight loss to her followers.
The TV star has lost nearly six stone and has openly shared her weight loss progress, showing off her new, slimmer physique.
She posted a noticeable before-and-after photo on Instagram, showing herself in a bright pink bikini.
The video shows her changing from looking sad in her bedroom to joyfully spinning around in her kitchen, showcasing her newly toned body.
The reality star responded to criticism in a lengthy post caption, offering more details about her weight loss.

She clarified that her weight loss wasn’t due to the drug Ozempic, but rather to a dedicated diet and exercise routine. She also emphasized that it took time and wasn’t an overnight transformation.
It took me more than a year to lose 5 and a half stone, and I couldn’t have done it without support. I didn’t use any weight loss injections or pills, and it’s frustrating that people automatically assume you do these days if you lose weight naturally.
I understand why people are saying that, and I respect anyone who chooses to follow that approach, but I’ve decided to do things differently. What really made a difference for me was focusing on my nutrition plan.
I’m now able to eat more regularly throughout the day, which is a big improvement. I used to skip meals and then binge on unhealthy foods at night. I’ve also shifted my approach to exercise – instead of long, intense workouts, I’m doing shorter, 12-minute sessions. This feels much more sustainable and helpful for overcoming my eating issues.
Okay, so yeah, I definitely have some extra skin now. But honestly, what wouldn’t you expect after losing five and a half stone and carrying a healthy 8 pound 8 ounce baby? The amazing thing is, I’m actually in the best shape of my life!
