Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! Alex Scott, my absolute hero, has finally escaped all that tough Aussie bush life! Forget rice and beans – she’s living it up in Thailand with Jess Glynne, eating spring rolls and sushi! It’s like she deserves all the happiness in the world, and seeing her enjoy herself like this just makes my day. Seriously, spring rolls and sushi instead of beans? Iconic!
After briefly appearing on the latest season of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’, ex-Arsenal player and TV host has gone on a winter vacation with Glynne.
Scott, the first celebrity voted off the Australian reality show, seemed to be enjoying a very different trip while traveling in Southeast Asia with her partner.
On Thursday, the 41-year-old presenter shared photos from their recent vacation on Instagram. They explored the sights of Bangkok and enjoyed a beautiful boat trip around the Phi Phi Islands.
Scott and Glynne, both 36, are enjoying the warm 26-degree weather in Thailand, as shown in a series of photos of them dancing on the beach in bikinis.
More photos show the couple relaxing with a beachside lunch and exploring Bangkok’s famous sights, including Wat Arun and the Reclining Buddha.

Captioning the posts, she wrote: ‘Sun-kissed in Southeast Asia, Thailand, you’re unreal.’
After being voted off of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Scott met up with singer Glynne in December.
The presenter had to leave and return to the UK because Glynne’s mother experienced a severe stroke and required emergency brain surgery. They wanted to be there to support her.
Typically, celebrities participating in the show need to stay in Australia until a winner is decided. However, Scott was granted special permission to go home and be with her girlfriend.
She explained that the past few months have been difficult, but Jess really encouraged her to appear on the show, wanting her to do it for her mother. It’s been challenging because she also wants to attend the wrap party and needs to travel home immediately afterward.
Jessica is my priority, and I’m eager to return to her and be a source of strength. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at ITV and my fellow campmates for all their kindness and support during a difficult time.
She shared that she nearly missed her trip to Australia because Glynne’s mother, Alexandra, had a serious stroke and required brain surgery.
Scott shared in a heartfelt interview with the Daily Mail that the singer encouraged her to appear on the show, even after receiving upsetting family news. However, she spent her time on ITV worrying that if her partner wasn’t at the bridge to greet her, her mother’s health might deteriorate.

After leaving the show, she explained that it had been a difficult period for everyone involved, especially the contestant’s family, and that deciding to participate had been a hard choice.
Jess actually didn’t want me to stop helping. I always figured there was a chance she wouldn’t be okay – especially if her mother hadn’t recovered, or if things had continued to decline, which they have.
It was a tough call to turn down that opportunity, but Glynne really encouraged me to take this one instead.
The couple privately dealt with a family hardship while one of them was appearing on the BBC’s ‘The One Show’ as a contestant on a reality TV program.

After Friday night’s elimination, when people began to wonder why Jess Glynne hadn’t been there to support her as is typical for contestants’ loved ones, the singer finally spoke out.
Okay, so I was totally scrolling through Instagram and she finally posted about what’s been going on! It turns out her mum had a really serious stroke a few weeks ago, and she needed emergency surgery! I was so worried, and it’s just… a lot. I’m just glad she finally felt comfortable enough to share it, and I’m sending all the love and healing vibes to her mum.
My family has been going through a very difficult time, and I’ve needed to be nearby to support them. Alex always prioritized being where she was most needed, and I miss having her with me. I’m looking forward to when she can return.
