Vogue Williams shares videos of her empty £4.25million London flat as she and Spencer Matthews prepare to move into new ‘forever home’ just down the road

Vogue Williams posted a video showing off her London apartment, which is currently empty, as she and Spencer Matthews get ready to move into their new, permanent home nearby.

Oh my gosh, can you believe they’re still trying to sell that apartment? It’s been two years now! And get this – they’ve had to drop the price by a million pounds! A million! It’s gorgeous, of course, but clearly not everyone appreciates perfection like I do. It’s just… heartbreaking to see it hasn’t sold yet.

On Thursday, Vogue shared on Instagram that she’s in the middle of moving and gave a tour of her large, currently empty, new apartment in Battersea. She’s been at it for four days now.

Filming the empty kitchen, living room, and yard, Vogue said to her son, Otto, “What happened, Ottie? It looks like a disaster in here—everything’s gone! Wow.”

Vogue indicated her orange, L-shaped sofa and blue rug, saying they would be put into storage, as she continued the tour of the now-empty house.

She penned: ‘It feels MASSIVE!!!! Last couple of nights here’.

Hazel Burton, a professional organizer from Vogue who assisted with the move, says she’s completing the final details at the family’s new home and expects them to be completely settled by the end of the week.

Hazel told Instagram fans: ‘We are on day four of the move in for Vogue and her family.

Today, we’re wrapping up the final details – installing the wardrobes, completing the kids’ rooms and playrooms, and finishing the kitchen and basement. We’re nearly done!

I’ll be returning today and tomorrow morning to help them finish moving. They’ll be completely settled into their new house by then. It’s going to be a busy week!

Vogue shared in a recent YouTube video that she and her husband, Spencer, sold their first home together and purchased their new, long-term family home in London back in June.

The celebrity showed off their new home to fans, but explained that they and their three children won’t be able to move in for at least a year and a half because of major renovations planned for the property.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m hearing they’ve traded city life for a bit of country charm! They’ve moved out of their Battersea apartment and are currently staying in a lovely rental house nearby – it’s not a huge distance, thankfully. Vogue magazine shared the news, and it sounds like a perfect temporary escape for them.

We recently sold our apartment, marking the end of a chapter in our lives. As Vogue explained, we’ve moved to a rental nearby so the children can continue attending the same school, now that we’ve purchased our forever home.

We’re sad to leave this apartment – we’ve made so many memories here over the past seven years. It’s where we started our life together and where our children were born, so saying goodbye will be tough. But we’re really excited about our new house and know we’ll be very happy there.

We’ve finally found our perfect, long-term home. I know it’s a cliché, but it truly feels like the place where we’ll stay for good. It reminds me of the dream home I’ve always imagined in Ireland, and I can picture our kids growing up here.

The sale of their new house was finalized in June, and they’ve been gradually renovating it ever since. She mentioned that her background in quantity surveying has been really useful during the process.

As soon as I saw the house, I knew I had to have it, and the estate agent could tell. I was so excited about it that we probably didn’t negotiate the best possible price, but I couldn’t resist.

This is a challenging task, and I need to manage Spenny because he doesn’t realize I have a degree in construction cost estimation and a good understanding of pricing. His requests are simply beyond what we can afford.

We’re making some quick changes to the plans, streamlining things to fit our budget. It still will be our dream home, just a more financially realistic version of it, and honestly, that’s a good thing! We’re prioritizing what truly matters and creating a space we’ll love without overspending.

I was so excited when Vogue showed me around the new house! It’s amazing – they’ve really kept a lot of the original details, like the fireplaces, the beautiful cornicing, and those gorgeous ceiling roses. It feels like stepping back in time!

I was so excited when she showed me the garden! She mentioned they’re planning to open it up a lot – they’re going to clear out some of the bushes to create a big, grassy lawn where the kids can really run around and play. It sounds perfect for them!

In April, Vogue and Spencer lowered the price of their London apartment by another £450,000.

The price of the property has dropped by a huge £1 million since it was first put on the market two years ago.

The couple, married in 2018 with three children, first listed their home for sale in 2023 for £5.25 million. They later reduced the price to £4.7 million in February.

Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews bought a flat together fairly early in their relationship, after dating for only six months.

The family completely remodeled and enlarged their home to create more room for their three children: Theodore, who is seven, Gigi, five, and three-year-old Otto.

We love our London apartment – it’s a spacious two-story place. However, it doesn’t really suit our family right now because the children are too young to be left unsupervised downstairs, as Vogue mentioned last year.

‘Its too small. So we’re just trying to find somewhere with a little bit more space.’

The couple bought a house in Howth, Dublin, in late 2023, but they still travel to London regularly for work.
