It’s Thursday, and eFootball 2026 has released some new content, primarily featuring Epic players. There are a few exciting updates, including a new Legend available as a Big Time card, and the long-awaited arrival of Camp Nou to the mobile version of the game.

eFootball is celebrating reaching 950 million downloads and will be offering special rewards. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect in the January 2026 update.

To celebrate reaching a huge milestone, KONAMI is launching a big campaign with 950 million rewards! Running from January 15th to February 5th, 2026, the campaign offers a variety of exciting things to discover.

Campaign Hub is packed with rewards again! Play PvP or VS AI matches during the event to make progress and earn tickets. These tickets can be used in special draws, and Golden Tickets offer the chance to win up to 1,000 eFootball Coins.

This promotion is similar to the one we ran during Black Friday, where you had a chance to win 3000 coins. Now, we’re offering a login campaign with a total of 300 eFootball Coins available. It’s easy: just log in daily to earn 10 Coins each day, and you’ll get a bonus of 100 eFootball Coins on Day 15.

I’m so excited for eFootball 2026! They’re really going all out with events to celebrate the launch. There’s a cool ‘Special Tour Event: Partner Clubs’ where you can play with famous teams, and a ‘Special Challenge Event’ with seriously tough matches on the highest difficulty levels – Superstar and Legend! Plus, they’ve got a ‘Golden Goal Event’ happening too. It sounds like there will always be something new to do!

Epic Manchester United: George Best debuts

The biggest news in this eFootball 2026 update is the arrival of George Best as a Big Time card. This is the first time players can use him as a top-tier player in the game, and Konami is clearly highlighting him as the main attraction – which is great news for Manchester United supporters.

George Best is a highly-rated player with a score of 104 in RWF, and has the potential to reach 109-110, making him a top-tier attacking option. This version of Best is a skilled winger, featuring abilities like Momentum Dribbling and Phenomenal Pass.

Joining him are Bryan Robson, receiving an upgraded ‘Epic’ card as a versatile, all-around midfielder, and Peter Schmeichel, a strong defensive goalkeeper with impressive stats. While Schmeichel doesn’t get a special ‘Show Time’ skill, Robson receives both ‘Visionary Pass’ and ‘Blitz Curler’ abilities.

This pack also offers a great bonus: you can sign 10 players for just 500 coins! Plus, you have a chance to get one of three rare Epic players. It’s a really valuable pack overall.

New Stadium arrives: Spotify Camp Nou

Players have been asking for this for a while, and now it’s here! With the January 15, 2026 update, you can finally play eFootball 2026 on mobile at the iconic Spotify Camp Nou stadium.

For the first time ever, you can now play in the famous Barcelona stadium on your mobile device, with graphics and a game experience similar to what you’d find on a console. Keep in mind that you’ll need to download the stadium data separately – it won’t happen automatically.
