It’s really touching to see so many people supporting the film. Knowing Ryan Coogler, it makes sense – he’s incredibly talented and consistently delivers great work, so it’s not surprising the movie resonated with audiences.

Considering his track record, it’s not surprising that audiences showed up in theaters to support his new film, Sinners, and make it a hit. O’Connell views this strong theatrical turnout before the film’s streaming release as a positive sign.
Critics and audiences both loved Sinners, praising its moving story, beautiful imagery, and intense vampire fight scenes. The film’s ending was particularly impactful, as nearly all the vampires were destroyed, leaving only Stack and Mary to face the future together over many years.
