Jennifer Aniston has some of the most sculpted arms in showbusiness.
The 56-year-old actress, known for her role on Friends, wears a PVOLVE p.band daily – even during everyday activities like being at home or running errands.
‘It’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment,’ Aniston has said of the p.band which costs $44.
Let me tell you a secret about toned arms – it’s not always about endless gym sessions! My client’s incredible results come from incorporating smart, everyday resistance exercises into her life. It’s about finding functional movements that build strength without needing hours at the gym, and that’s something anyone can do. As her trainer, I always prioritize fitting fitness into life, not the other way around.
Jennifer Aniston uses the PVOLVE p.band, a lightweight and portable device, to build long, lean muscles with gentle yet effective exercises, according to her trainer, Coleman.
The band has been designed to tone without bulk, which is often called ‘soft sculpting.’
According to Coleman, maintaining strength is key to staying young, and using resistance bands to build arm muscle is a safe and effective way to live a longer, healthier life.

Coleman recently shared with the Daily Mail that her client is dedicated to maintaining a regular exercise routine.
Jen prioritizes physical activity, no matter how busy she is or where she travels, according to Coleman in an interview with the Daily Mail.
She believes that consistent effort, even in small increments, is key, and that’s why she enjoys PVOLVE – we offer workouts to fit any schedule and fitness level.
Jennifer Aniston typically works out her entire body to ensure she targets all muscle groups.
When asked about a surprising fact about Jennifer, Coleman shared that she’s passionate about tough workouts. He added that her positive attitude and down-to-earth personality always shine through, even more than her strong work ethic.
Aniston and Coleman have been workout buddies since around 2020.
Coleman shared that they’ve been collaborating every week for nearly five years, and they still enjoy working together while consistently improving their abilities.

I was introduced to Jen by a friend, and that’s how she discovered PVOLVE. She began watching the workout streams and then asked about having a personal training session at her place.
She immediately liked Jen, describing her as captivating, dedicated, kind, and very funny. She also appreciated seeing Aniston with her dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, while she exercised.
Coleman added that Aniston impressed her right off the bat.
I’ll always remember our first workout together—we did a total-body session with resistance bands, exercise balls, and gliders. What I love about training her at PVOLVE is that every workout is different. I enjoy creating personalized routines, picking the music, and constantly finding new ways to push her limits.
And they have a game plan.
The trainer explained that Jen and she work with clients using three different methods: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training.
We focus on full-body workouts, using equipment like resistance bands, a personal training system, exercise balls, and gliders. We also incorporate heavier weights to build lean muscle. Our workouts are challenging, set to upbeat music, and include breaks for playtime with our dogs!

This comes after size two (UK size six) Aniston shared what she eats on her cheat days.
Angelina Jolie shared with People magazine that her new cookbook, Cooking With Clydeo, released September 9th, features plenty of indulgent recipes she loves to make when she’s craving a treat.
Aniston will have ‘pizza nights, burgers or Mexican food’, she told the outlet.
She also enjoys going out to eat. ‘I love having dinner with my friends, maybe a martini, and a great meal,’ she said.
She loves eating at Nobu in Malibu for Japanese food and Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks for Mexican cuisine.
She revealed that her favorite recipe in the new book is a savory snack called Enchilada Bites, which Jennifer Aniston personally loves.
She described the cheesy recipe as delicious and easy to enjoy, explaining that because the portions were small, you didn’t have to feel bad about indulging. She even suggested savoring each bite by making them last, emphasizing just how tasty it was.
Cook with Clydeo is a cookbook featuring 35 recipes for all meals and snacks, with many written as if told by a dog named Clydeo. The author plans to release two more books: Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter later this year and Clydeo Makes A Friend in winter 2026.
Jennifer Aniston has previously discussed her eating habits. Recently, in 2024, she shared that she enjoys indulging in a ‘cheat day’ and occasionally likes to have a dirty martini.
