The series Number One Fan is made by Clapperboard for Channel 5, and executive producer Mike Benson has hinted that the show’s two main actors will play unexpected characters.

Viewers are going to be just as thrilled as we are to see these two actors together, playing completely unexpected characters.

Lindsay recently returned to her role as Jean White, an antiques dealer who also solves mysteries, in a special holiday episode of the charming French crime series, The Madame Blanc Mysteries.

In the 2025 Christmas special, Jean and her friends, including Dom Hayes (Steve Edge), find themselves trapped in a museum after a bomb threat is triggered. Jean must quickly solve a series of puzzles against the clock to avert disaster.

Number One Fan airs on 5 in 2026, with an exact release date TBC.
