Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small has sent his fans wild after stripping off to show off his ‘sleeper build’.

This week, 41-year-old KIIS FM radio personality shared a photo on Instagram showing off his impressive physique.

The media personality suggested in the comments that the image might have been created or altered using AI.

‘Haters will say this is AI. I’ve been busy in the gym. I worked hard for it,’ Smallzy wrote. 

Many of his fans were impressed, leaving comments praising the photo and pointing out that he has a surprisingly muscular physique that isn’t usually visible.

One person jokingly offered to help, saying, “I volunteer! I don’t know what for, but I’m in.” Another commenter playfully suggested someone change their name to “Swollzy.”

People commented on Smallzy’s transformation, with one joking he was now ‘Bigzy.’ Another playfully questioned if his good looks were even allowed!

‘Someone’s been busy! Good work and looking forward to hearing you again,’ another said. 

This year marks a significant change for Smallzy, who will be joining the popular KIIS FM team alongside Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

Smallzy will be joining the KIIS iHeartRadio team in 2026, following his departure from Nova in August, as announced at the ARN Upfronts event.

Smallzy confirmed the exciting news at the Upfronts in Sydney.

Smallzy announced to the audience that he’ll be joining KIIS FM in 2026, and starting in January, he’ll be working with ARN (Australian Radio Network). He expressed his excitement about the move.

I’ve been so impressed with their vision, strategy, leadership, and support in the short time I’ve worked with them! I’m really excited to be joining the team,” he said, just as Kyle and Jackie O came onstage to celebrate with him.

I was so excited to hear the announcement, and it came straight from Ed Sheeran himself! He shared a video online, and he seemed genuinely thrilled for his ‘old mate’ and this new opportunity. It was really heartwarming to see!

He expressed his excitement about hearing the song and seeing everyone again. He also congratulated KIIS on having Smallzy, praising him as a talented host.

The experienced presenter will host a new show called The Smallzy Show, launching later this month.

Niall Horan from One Direction also sent a video message congratulating the radio host, saying Smallzy had been ‘a huge part of my career’.

‘I’ve been going on the radio with Smallzy for 10 plus years,’ Niall began.

He’s helped launch the careers of countless artists over the years, so I’m thrilled he’s joining iHeartRadio. It’s fantastic news!

Niall concluded the segment by saying he’s excited to return to the show and to Australia, where he loves to have fun and really misses being.

The Smallzy Show will be heard over two national timeslots on the KIIS Network.
