Costeen Hatzi has shared her current feelings about tennis and the Australian Open after recently ending her relationship with Nick Kyrgios.
The popular 25-year-old influencer recently answered questions from her Instagram followers and announced she’ll be going to the Australian Open in Melbourne later this month.
Costeen shared with fans that she’s leaving at the end of the week and is excited to see the Australian Open from a fresh perspective.
I’m excited to check out some amazing Australian fashion and beauty companies, and I’ll definitely be watching some tennis while I’m at it!
Costeen’s announcement came after her former partner, tennis star Nick Kyrgios, said he was pulling out of the singles competition at the Australian Open to concentrate on playing doubles.
‘I’m not quite ready to go the distance,’ he said in a statement.

Costeen and Nick started dating in 2021, but it was reported last May that they had broken up privately.
In May, Hatzi told the publication that they hadn’t been communicating and the relationship had run its course. He feels it’s a positive outcome and that he entered the relationship with good intentions.
I was deeply in love and felt a strong bond with him. Now that my travel schedule has stopped, I’m free to focus on my own life and be truly present in the moment.
During their relationship, the Instagram influencer – with a following of 175,000 – often traveled the globe to support her then-boyfriend at his events.
Nick Kyrgios and his partner started dating in 2021. They first connected when Kyrgios went to her place to pick up a mirror she was selling online.
I remember when Costeen first talked about meeting Jake – she said it was truly love at first sight! They officially started dating publicly in 2022, and it’s been amazing to watch their relationship grow ever since.
Since their separation, Nick has been working hard to regain his top physical condition. He’s struggled with numerous injuries ever since finishing second place in the Wimbledon men’s singles tournament in 2022.
There’s been a lot of speculation about whether Nick will receive a wildcard entry to compete in the Australian Open men’s singles next week.

Despite being asked to compete in the men’s singles tournament, the Australian player declined. Tennis Australia CEO Craig Tiley explained that this was the correct choice, as the player was still recovering from injuries and hadn’t regained his best form.
Nick lost in the first round of the Brisbane International last week and then revealed that surgeries for a knee and wrist injury had been a significant burden.
Despite that, Nick looks set to still play in the men’s doubles this year at Melbourne Park.
On Friday, he announced on social media that, after discussing it with Tennis Australia, he’s decided to concentrate on playing doubles at this year’s Australian Open.
Nick, fresh off a win against top-ranked Aryna Sabalenka in a recent exhibition match, said he’s feeling good and has returned to playing. However, he doesn’t feel fully prepared for the demands of long, five-set matches just yet.
This tournament is incredibly important to me, but I think another player deserves the chance to compete right now. I’m viewing this as a learning experience and I’m already looking forward to coming back and competing even stronger next year.
