The person who shared the initial photo then added another image featuring Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Deadpool. This suggests these three characters will be central to a scene intended to be even more impactful than the famous moment from Spider-Man: No Way Home.

They’ve even brought in Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing and Simu Liu as Shang-Chi! Florence Pugh is Yelena Belova, Kelsey Grammer is Beast, and Lewis Pullman is playing Sentry. Plus, we’ll see Danny Ramirez as Falcon, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Winston Duke as M’Baku, and Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost. And it doesn’t stop there! Tom Hiddleston is Loki, and unbelievably, Chris Evans is reprising his role as Steve Rogers! Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen are both back as Professor X and Magneto, with Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler, Rebecca Romijn as Mystique, and James Marsden as Cyclops. Channing Tatum is Gambit, Pedro Pascal is Mister Fantastic, and the biggest surprise of all – Robert Downey Jr. is playing Doctor Doom! Honestly, it’s a dream cast.

The next major Avengers movie, titled ‘Doomsday’, is scheduled for release on December 18, 2026, as part of the sixth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. ‘Secret Wars’, another Avengers film, will follow a year later on December 17, 2027.
