Josie Gibson has been stunning fans with her impressive five-stone weight loss while enjoying a luxurious vacation in Thailand this week.
I was so excited to see photos of her vacation! She looked incredible, rocking a tiny green bikini with her adorable son, Reggie. They’re staying in the most amazing suite at the Four Seasons Koh Samui – it’s the same resort where they filmed the latest season of The White Lotus, and their private pool is just stunning. It costs a whopping £1,500 a night, but honestly, they deserve it!
Josie went for a swim with her family and then relaxed in the outdoor bathtub.
The group then visited the Aonang Elephant Sanctuary, and the This Morning star wore a light outfit of a bralette and shorts for the warm weather.
They seemed to be having a wonderful time taking pictures while feeding the animals, and then they helped give them a bath in a large pool.
Josie, who shares a son with her ex, Terry Bond, enthusiastically recommended the @aonangelephantsanctuary in Krabi for anyone wanting to spend a day with elephants. She wrote in the comments that it’s an experience she highly recommends.
We carefully researched sanctuaries to ensure our donation would support a place that prioritized the elephants’ well-being, health, and safety. It was a truly wonderful experience.

This follows Josie sharing how she lost weight and what she eats to stay in shape.
The presenter has publicly discussed her weight changes, notably going from a size 20 to a size 8 in 2014.
After trying many diets over the years and previously saying she’d never consider weight loss injections, Josie has at last discovered a method that suits her.
She shared with the Daily Mail that she relies on a few key habits for her health: intermittent fasting three times a week, a basic gym workout, and a diet inspired by the 1970s. This older-style diet focuses on eating smaller amounts of food, including things like boiled potatoes, liver, spam, pork, beans, and a dessert called Angel Delight.
This diet focuses on eating simple, whole foods with minimal sugar. It encourages cooking meals at home instead of relying on fast food or pre-made frozen dinners.
The TV personality has downplayed her weight loss, suggesting it’s mostly due to stress and clever camera angles. She’s stated she doesn’t believe she’s as thin as people assume.
Speaking to the Daily Mail she praised her trainer Rick Parcell, co-founder of The Body Camp.
The gym coach offers a challenging 12-week home workout program designed to help people get fit and achieve their fitness goals.

Josie used to be really nervous about going to the gym, but now she has a simple workout she enjoys. She does a half-kilometer run on the treadmill, 15 squats with a 22-kilogram weight, and 25 sit-ups – and repeats that whole routine three times.
The TV personality, currently enjoying a trip to Thailand after New Year’s, says she enjoys brunch but is focusing on eating healthier.
Josie believes healthy eating shouldn’t involve deprivation. She loves food, and as she explained, she’s enjoyed incredible meals while traveling in Thailand!
Josie Gibson shared in her book that she lost over 31 kilograms in just six months by completely eliminating refined sugar from her diet and sticking to naturally occurring sugars found in fruit.
She also practices intermittent fasting, meaning she goes without food for eight hours each day, three times a week.

Josie attributed her weight loss to the stress of a demanding year, which included work, raising children, and renovating a new home.
My life is a whirlwind right now! I’m completely obsessed with renovating this amazing house I bought in Bath, and honestly, it’s taking everything! I’m trying to be a good mum, but I’m also constantly traveling all over the country for work. It’s exhausting, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world!
‘I got so overwhelmed I got to Thailand and slept for 27 hours,’ Josie said.
She added: ‘I think it must be good angles, I’m so chunky and not as slim as you think.’
