PGL is a well-known esports organization in Europe, especially for games like CS2 and Dota 2. Their history of successfully hosting big international tournaments should impress fans. I think their experience with regional events is precisely what Mobile Legends: Bang Bang needs to create a strong and enjoyable competitive scene for its players.
Players and teams can now register for the Open Qualifiers
The PGL Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Challengers Open Qualifier starts on January 13th, offering teams a chance to immediately qualify for the PGL MLBB Challengers Main Event. The qualifier will be a single-elimination tournament with best-of-one matches. The top 8 performing teams from the qualifier will also advance to the main event, which takes place from January 16th to 18th.
Okay, so here’s how the tournament’s going down. During the first phase of the Main Event, all the matches will be best-of-three. But things get intense after that – the Upper and Lower Bracket rounds switch to best-of-five. Honestly, I’m really curious to see how teams will handle the Grand Finals because those matches are best-of-seven! That’s where we’ll finally see who takes the crown, and it’s going to be a real test of endurance.
It’s going to be exciting for fans to see how the teams compete in this first-ever tournament. If you have a team and want to prove your skills, you can now register for the PGL MLBB Challengers Open Qualifier through the official link.
