What are Home Plots in Heartopia

As a new player in Heartopia, you start with a little piece of land – your Home Plot! It’s where your house sits, and you get a small area around it to start with. You can immediately begin planting some crops or making it look nice, but trust me, that’s just the beginning. Your Home Plot can grow into something much bigger and more amazing as you play!

As you buy and unlock more land, your house gets bigger, giving you more room to decorate and build. These extra plots are useful for lots of different things. The more you explore in Heartopia, the more valuable extra land becomes, especially if you enjoy activities like gardening, cooking, fishing, or taking care of pets.

You don’t get Home Plots just by purchasing land. Instead, Heartopia unlocks them as you play consistently and engage with the game daily, rewarding you for your regular activity.

How to unlock Home Plots in Heartopia

Getting more land in Heartopia depends entirely on the D.G. Member’s Guild. Knowing how this guild system works is key to expanding your property easily and avoiding frustration.

To expand the size of your Home Plot, you need to increase your D.G. Member level. This level reflects how much you contribute to the town’s development, and as you rank up, you’ll gain benefits, including the ability to own more Home Plots.

How to increase Developer Guild Level in Heartopia

You can improve your rank in the D.G. Member’s Guild by collecting Contribution Medals. You mainly earn these medals by finishing Daily Resident Requests – small tasks given to you by the characters you meet in town. These requests are usually things you’d do anyway while playing the game, so you’ll often complete them without even trying!

You can help residents by collecting things, delivering items, catching creatures, taking pictures, or exploring specific spots. Completing these requests earns you Contribution Medals, and collecting enough medals lets you increase your rank in the guild.

Keep in mind there’s a daily limit: you can only submit five Resident Requests, and that limit resets at 6 AM each day. To unlock Home Plots faster, try to complete all five requests daily. Consistency is key!

Unlocking Home Plots in Heartopia

After collecting enough Contribution Medals, you can improve your guild rank by opening the D.G. Member’s Guild app on your in-game watch. As your rank goes up, you’ll be able to expand your home plot limit. The first big increase happens at Level 4, letting you expand from 2 to 4 plots.

Just so you know, even if you unlock more plot space, it doesn’t actually give you the land. It just means you can buy more plots if you want! After you level up and get that higher limit, you still need to go in and purchase each new plot individually using Gold.

To buy a Home Plot, open the D.G. Member’s Guild app and tap the “Plot” tab in the top right corner. You’ll then see which plots are available for your property. Select the plot you want and pay the cost in Gold. Construction will start immediately, and you can use your new plot right away.
