The 35-year-old actress, known for ‘Die My Love,’ paired a hot pink pashmina scarf with sweatpants for a unique outfit while out and about in the busy city.
She braved the cold winter weather with a stylish outfit, pairing a cozy cream cashmere sweater and a bulky puffer jacket with a scarf tied around her waist.
The Academy Award-winning actress, who recently explained why she rehomed her dog, was seen walking down the street while seemingly on a phone call. She was wearing comfortable leather shoes.
She walked with a calm and relaxed attitude, hands in her pockets, wearing headphones and dark sunglasses.
For her day out, she kept things really simple and natural. I noticed she wasn’t wearing much makeup at all, and she let her hair fall naturally – just straight and effortless. It was a lovely, low-key look, and I always appreciate seeing someone embrace their natural beauty!
Her outing comes shortly after she attended the special screening of her new film, Die My Love.
At the special event, she debuted a new hairstyle as she got bangs for the new year.
It was a surprising oversight when her name wasn’t included among the nominations for the Actor Awards, formerly known as the SAG Awards.
After the nominations were announced, the actress from The Hunger Games texted Emma Stone, jokingly accusing her of winning roles over her for years.
She revealed at an event in New York City on Wednesday that she’d reacted to her award nomination by sending a sad face emoji to a group chat with Stone, even as others were congratulating her.
She told Josh Horowitz that she was disappointed not to receive a SAG nomination, especially since everyone congratulated her friend, Emma. She joked that she just put on a sad face when that happened.
She recalled how she poked fun at her close friend and joked around with Stone.
Whenever she’s attempted to speak today, I’ve just responded by asking why she hasn’t apologized if she’s capable of talking. Despite decades of abuse, she considers it an honor to be with me.
Stone was among the SAG-AFTRA’s Actor Awards for her performance in Bugonia.
Jennifer Lawrence received nominations for her role in Die My Love from several awards shows, including the Golden Globes and Gotham Awards, but wasn’t nominated by the Actor Awards.
She recalled how she had lost not only awards and nominations to Stone but also movie roles.
She confessed that ‘Easy A’ was the movie she really wanted but someone else ended up with it. ‘I was so excited about ‘Easy A,’ and I really should have been the one to get it—it would have been perfect,’ she said.
Currently, Lawrence is collaborating with Stone on a Miss Piggy movie directed by Cole Escola.
In her new film, Die My Love, Jennifer Lawrence plays Grace, a writer and mother living with her partner, Jackson (Robert Pattinson), in a Montana farmhouse.
As her mental state deteriorated, her friend grew more and more anxious and felt unable to help.
Directed by Lynne Ramsay and featuring Sissy Spacek, Sarah Lind, LaKeith Stanfield, and a talented ensemble cast, the film came out on November 7, 2025.
