Rylan Clark revealed stunning before-and-after pictures of his home makeover, following a purchase of an apartment in central London.

The 37-year-old TV presenter has spent the last year renovating his house, personally designing each room to recreate the atmosphere of his favorite suite at The Langham, a luxury hotel in London.

Rylan shared the exciting results on Instagram on Wednesday, expressing how thrilled he is with the finished project. He also gave a shout-out to the skilled tradespeople who helped make it happen, praising their excellent work.

Rylan shared a collage of before-and-after photos, showing a hallway, bathroom, and bedroom with a wooden four-poster bed in its original condition.

He also posted a “before” picture of his kitchen, showing a cozy space with an arched doorway and dark wood floors.

He then showed off updates to his kitchen and living room, posting pictures of his new quartz countertops being put in and a custom media wall under construction.

The finished living room was beautifully decorated with calming, neutral walls. It included a large TV, a custom-built media wall with a sleek, modern fireplace, cozy sofas, and a stunning chandelier.

One side of his finished kitchen included an island with grey stools, a bar area complete with storage for glasses and a wine cooler.

The celebrity finished updating their open-plan kitchen and living room by adding sleek, white shutters.

I recently shared a peek at my bathroom renovation on social media! I posted a before-and-after of the space, including the toilet, and I’m so happy with how my new light wood floors turned out. It really brightens everything up!

The bathroom has been completely updated with elegant marble tiles, a modern glass shower featuring a rainfall showerhead, and stylish gold fixtures.

Rylan recently shared a photo of himself relaxing with a glass of champagne in front of his new fireplace. He explained that he was fortunate enough to buy and renovate a house in central London last year.

I was inspired by my favorite hotel suite at The Langham London when designing this space, and I’m thrilled with the final result.

Rylan now lives in a large house in Essex that famously features a replica of the diary room from the TV show Big Brother. He’s said to have purchased the property for approximately £1.3 million.

He used to live in a large, five-bedroom house with his ex-husband, Dan Neal, and Dan’s son, Cameron. They announced their separation in 2021.

Rylan recently revealed he’s dating someone special, Kennedy Bates, describing him as the person he’s been searching for.

Oh my gosh, you guys, he posted! Just hours before the new year, 2026, no less! He was talking about how ‘amazing’ the year was, and honestly, it was amazing watching him all year. I’ve been glued to everything he does, and it’s just…everything! I can’t even deal with how perfect he is.

Rylan announced he’s in a new relationship with Kennedy, and shared that he ended the year feeling happy with her.

He shared a black background with a message expressing his happiness at ending the year with someone he’d been hoping to be with for a long time.

Rylan received lots of supportive comments from his fans and friends like Carol Vorderman, Louise Redknapp, and Ruth Langsford.

This follows the TV presenter publicly confirming their relationship with Kennedy on Instagram in September. Kennedy is a manager at Billy Bates & Sons funfair, located in Leicestershire.

Rylan seemed incredibly happy while posting photos from his romantic getaway to Florence, Italy.

These vacation photos were shared a few weeks after Rylan announced that his current boyfriend is the first man he’s brought home to meet his family since his divorce.

He revealed his new relationship while talking to Louis Theroux on the ‘How To Be In Love’ podcast, a show that documented his search for a partner.

Rylan claimed he was very open about his relationship, even going on several dates in public, but surprisingly, no one seemed to notice.

Rylan and his partner have talked about having children, and Rylan shared with Louis that they both want to start a family.

Rylan shared that he’s feeling really happy right now. He recently started a new relationship that feels amazing and unlike anything he’s experienced before, which he sees as a positive thing.

I’m really happy to have finally introduced someone to my family – it’s been four years since I last did that. I usually prefer to keep things private and avoid going out to restaurants, but I’ve been doing the opposite lately.

You know, it’s funny – I’ve been doing this for years, right under everyone’s noses, and honestly, I’m a little proud of how seamlessly I’ve pulled it off. I’m definitely owning that success!

I was hesitant at first because of work and not wanting anyone to find out, but I’ve decided I can’t let this opportunity pass me by.
