Olivia Attwood’s New Year’s resolution is to improve as a wife, jokingly admitting she feels she’s been a pretty terrible one so far.
For the past year, there have been rumors that former Love Island contestant, 33, and her husband, footballer Bradley Dack, are having problems in their marriage.
The couple, married since June 2023, recently shared that they’ve worked through some challenges while moving to a new home and balancing her growing career.
Olivia recently shared her goals for the new year, saying she wants to improve as a wife, but she has no plans to give up her social life.
Olivia recently shared on the Bottoms Up! podcast with Alan Carr and Lee Peart that her goal for the new year is to be more easygoing. She jokingly wished people would be less frustrating and make better choices in 2026.
‘I’d like to be a better wife but I just don’t see that happening. How could I be worse?’

She explained that her New Year’s resolution was to be more gentle and kind. She’d initially thought about going out less, but she’d decided against that goal.
When asked if she planned to reduce her workload, she jokingly replied, ‘Absolutely not! I really love making money, you know?’
Last month, Olivia poked fun at rumours surrounding her marriage to Bradley.
The celebrity posted a funny video on Instagram inspired by a famous scene from the 2009 episode of Gossip Girl. The scene features Jason Derulo’s song “Watcha Say” playing as characters’ secrets are revealed, causing them to dramatically leave a table one by one.
Olivia recreated the scene by sharing videos of her family leaving the dinner table, adding funny captions to each one.
As the camera focused on Bradley, a message appeared on screen asking if he and Olivia were divorcing. He immediately walked away looking upset.
Although the couple playfully address the gossip, Olivia recently admitted their relationship has been challenging. She explained there have been difficulties on his end, along with other issues they’ve been navigating.
‘I have f***ed up and done stuff, Brad has f***ed up.’

Olivia recently told her fans that things have been challenging with Bradley, acknowledging that ‘marriage is hard’.
In an Instagram question-and-answer session, she addressed a fan’s question about Brad’s whereabouts, acknowledging he hadn’t appeared on her social media recently.
She replied: ‘He’s alive I swear. 10 years of us. A lot has changed.
Marriage is really challenging, but people don’t often admit that. I prefer to be honest and authentic, so I won’t share photos unless they genuinely represent what our relationship is like.
‘We are doing our thing and if there are any more updates you will be the first to know.’
Olivia recently told the Daily Mail she understood why her ex-boyfriend was bothered by photos of her getting close to her friend Pete Wicks while they were in Ibiza this summer.

Olivia admitted her relationship with Brad isn’t flawless, but confirmed they are still a couple.
She also added that she and Pete are just good friends and work colleagues.
Let me tell you, Brad and I are real. We don’t try to project this image of a perfect relationship because, honestly, we’ve been through everything – highs, lows, and everything in between. The last six months, in particular, have been a bit of a struggle for us, but we’re navigating it together.
Our work is the most important thing, and we’re constantly working to balance that with our relationship.
