The popular drama Quiz, featuring Mark Bonnar and Michael Sheen, is now available on Netflix in the UK. Based on a true story and boasting a talented cast, it’s a compelling show that’s perfect for a quick binge-watch.
This three-episode series is adapted from James Graham’s 2017 play, telling the true story of Charles Ingram and his appearance on the game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire?.
Ingram, a retired major from the British Army, won the top prize on the ITV quiz show in 2001 by correctly answering 15 questions. However, he was quickly accused of cheating, and questions arose about whether the accusations were true.
