Tasha Ghouri shared that the past year was very difficult for her because she experienced severe online harassment.
The 27-year-old celebrity shared a video on Instagram highlighting her best moments from the year. These included attending fancy events, spending time with friends, and sweet moments with her boyfriend, Cam Whitnall.
She told fans she is heading into 2026 ‘surrounded by love’ after a tough year.
2025 was a difficult year for my mental health. I dealt with really hurtful online harassment, but ultimately, I was able to overcome it and find genuine happiness.
‘I don’t want to talk much on it because I know people want to be sad and never be happy.
I’ve made a promise to myself: I will never again let anyone push me so far that I lose sight of who I am and the passion I have for my work. It was a painful lesson, but I’m reclaiming my self and my joy, and I’m done letting others diminish that.

She added: ‘2026 I’m entering with a whole heart, even more strength and new purposes!
‘I’m leaving all that negativity behind and going forward with a smile on my face looking forward.
I’m so grateful for all the kindness and support I’ve received! I’m really excited about what this year will bring!
This follows Tasha Ghouri’s breakup with Andrew Le Page, 30, which happened in January. The pair originally met on the reality show Love Island in 2022.
Their split quickly became unpleasant when Andrew claimed Tasha had been using the exclusive dating app Raya while they were still together.
During an Instagram Q&A on Sunday, Tasha shared that she received terrible online abuse from people who blamed her for the end of her relationship.
Tasha shared that she was really eager to talk about this, as she’s dealt with a lot of online harassment over the past year. This negativity significantly affected her mental health, making her reluctant to even leave the house.
It’s hard to express how I feel, but this feels like a wonderful fresh start, a safe place to begin again.

Tasha began dating Cam, a presenter for the BBC, in May.
People first noticed her with the presenter at a live “Strictly Come Dancing” show last month. She had previously been a contestant on the BBC show last year, reaching the final with her professional dance partner, Aljaž Škorjanec.
Earlier this year, the Daily Mail reported that she was seeing Cam, one of the brothers featured on the children’s shows One Zoo Three (CBBC) and OZT Goes Wild (BBC), alongside Ty and Aaron.
Cam manages The Big Cat Sanctuary, a charity that rescues wild cats and works to save endangered species. His family owns and operates Hertfordshire Zoo.
Sources say Tasha and her new partner have connected through their shared passion for animals. Tasha recently rescued her dog, Luna – who she previously owned with her ex, Andrew LePage – from the animal charities Alora Dog Rescue and Homeward Bound.
Tasha and Cam have recently started dating and have been seeing each other for about a month. They have a lot in common, both personally and in their careers.
I have to say, Cam is just a fantastic person – he’s really got a lot going for him. And it’s been so lovely to see Tasha getting to know him; she’s clearly smitten! From what I can tell, the feeling is definitely mutual, which is wonderful to see.
