Jamie Lynn Spears, sister of Britney Spears, recently shared an Instagram post that seemed to reference her more well-known sister.
Jamie Lynn, age 34, posted some recent photos on Wednesday, showing off a vibrant red top and long, platinum blonde hair.
The outfit strongly resembled the look her sister, now 44, wore in the music video for her famous 2000 song, “Oops!…I Did It Again.”
The singer, who recently appeared to criticize her family in a post responding to her sister Jamie Lynn‘s holiday photo, is well-known for her look in the music video, featuring a red latex catsuit and long blonde hair.
Jamie Lynn recently shared some photos that made people notice a striking resemblance to a popular singer, playfully mentioning she was wearing a lot of makeup.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Jamie Lynn and Britney for comment.

Jamie Lynn Spears joked that good lighting, a lot of makeup, and extensions can drastically change someone’s appearance in a recent social media post.
She finalized her look with grey jeans and pearl earrings.
One snap showed her flashing a peace sign for the camera.
This update follows Jamie Lynn’s recent post showing off her Christmas festivities, where Britney Spears’ eldest son, Preston, age 20, was present.
She posted a series of photos on Instagram from her Louisiana home showing her family – including her daughters Maddie, 17, and Ivey, 7, her husband Jamie Watson, her mom Lynne, 70, and Preston – celebrating the holidays together on December 25th.
The snaps also included the family posing in front of a large Christmas tree and opening presents.
Jamie Lynn shared that she recently gave Maddie an ATV, almost nine years after Maddie was seriously injured in an ATV accident and spent time in a coma.
‘Merry CHRISTMAS,’ Jamie Lynn wrote in the caption, along with a number of festive emojis.

Britney was the only family member absent from the celebrations. Three days later, she posted on Instagram with a message that seemed to be a sarcastic comment about her family getting together.
The singer wished their family a belated Merry Christmas, expressing gratitude for their consistent kindness and support. They shared this message alongside a photo of a decorated Christmas tree, noting that their family has never caused them harm or significant trauma.
To my beloved family, I’m so sorry I couldn’t be with you this Christmas. I’ve been really busy, but I promise to visit and surprise you all very soon – I’m already looking forward to it!
She also sent a sweet message to her niece, Ivey, saying, ‘Hello, beautiful Ivy… I just want to hold you, my love.’
The …Baby One More Time hitmaker signed off, ‘Godspeed, friends.’
However, the mother-of-two was joined by her other son, 19-year-old Jayden, for the holidays.
People reported that Britney Spears enjoyed spending Christmas with her son Jayden, following a recent reconciliation with her children.
The insider added, ‘It’s been such a special holiday.’

According to TMZ, Britney’s eldest son, Sean, couldn’t travel for the holidays because of work. He spent the time with his aunt’s family and grandmother in Louisiana.
Britney Spears has been estranged from her family for many years, a situation that began during and continued after her 13-year conservatorship, which concluded in November 2021.
She had her two sons while married to Kevin Federline, but their marriage only lasted three years, ending in 2007.
In January 2022, the Grammy-winning artist publicly criticized her sister following the success of her bestselling memoir, ‘Things I Should Have Said’.
The performer publicly criticized Jamie Lynn in an Instagram post, expressing her disbelief at the timing of her book release.
She repeated that her entire family knew about the abuse she suffered under her previous conservatorship, even though they claimed they didn’t.
She responded with heavy sarcasm, saying, ‘Congratulations on becoming a best-selling author… honestly, I expected nothing less. It’s really frustrating that you’re now selling books and then making false claims.’
While trying to regain control of her life and end her legal arrangement, Britney publicly claimed her father had mistreated her.
She stated in court that her father and anyone else responsible for the conservatorship and her management, especially those who she felt punished her, should be imprisoned.
In 2022, Jamie Lynn tried to mend her strained relationship with her sister by posting a message on Instagram.
She said she really wanted to resolve their issues privately.

The performer spoke out after a long and complicated disagreement with their sibling about how they had treated each other in the past.
Jamie Lynn suggested she and her sister discuss their disagreements privately, rather than arguing publicly on social media.
Honestly, I’ve really tried reaching out to Britney directly, multiple times, hoping we could talk things through privately, like family does. It’s frustrating that she keeps airing everything publicly instead of having a conversation with me.
The actress said it wasn’t true that she and her sister had been distant, and she’s always tried to be a supportive presence in her sister’s life.
Honestly, it’s driving me crazy that people are saying I haven’t been there for them, or that I’m just making up all this support! I’m more than happy to prove how many times I’ve reached out, helped, and just generally been there – I’ve kept track, you know, because they matter so much to me.
She wrote that the pair’s public feud was ’embarrassing and has to stop.’
