Romeo Beckham SNUBS estranged brother Brooklyn just hours after David and Victoria’s heartbreaking attempt to reconcile with their eldest son amid ongoing family feud

Romeo Beckham seemingly excluded his older brother, Brooklyn, from his recent Instagram ‘best of 2025’ post, sparking conversation about their relationship.

In a recent social media post reflecting on his year, the 22-year-old model included his parents, Victoria and David, his brother Cruz, sister Harper, and girlfriend Kim Turnbull. Notably missing from the post was his brother Brooklyn, 26.

The post felt especially meaningful because their father had recently made a significant effort to end the family conflict, posting a photo of Brooklyn with a heartfelt message saying, ‘Love you all so much.’

Romeo Beckham shared a heartwarming photo collage with his family and wished everyone a happy new year, looking forward to 2026. He tagged his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, brother Cruz, and sister Harper, along with Kim Turnbull, expressing his love for them all.

As a huge fan, I loved seeing all the photos they shared! It was a beautiful look back at their year – from their amazing summer yacht trip to David receiving his Knighthood medal. There was even a really sweet picture of him hugging Cruz, and of course, lots of gorgeous photos of Kim. It felt like a little peek into their family life, and I absolutely loved it.

Fans were surprised to learn about a family conflict within the Beckhams, though few details have been shared publicly. One sign of the trouble was Brooklyn missing several important family gatherings over the past year.

Just before Romeo shared his post, David spoke to his Instagram followers in a heartfelt message, calling his wife and children his ‘life.’ He also addressed his oldest son, who wasn’t present.

Trying to mend their strained relationship, former soccer star David Beckham shared a New Year’s Eve family photo that included his son, Brooklyn.

Throughout the year, Brooklyn has missed all the important family gatherings, such as his father’s 50th birthday and the investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle that everyone had been looking forward to.

The popular chef also wasn’t able to attend the premiere of his mother’s successful Netflix show. He also missed his mother’s yearly fashion shows in Paris, New York, and London, as he spent most of the year in the US with his wife, Nicola Peltz.

Perhaps the most upsetting part was that David and his family weren’t invited to Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding vow renewal in August. The ceremony took place at Nicola’s father, Nelson Peltz, a billionaire, and his estate in upstate New York.

On the other hand, the young couple also decided not to attend the wedding of a close family friend, Holly Ramsay, to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, which took place on December 27th at Bath Cathedral.

David seemed eager to mend fences and connect with people, as he shared family photos on Instagram, including a picture of Brooklyn when she was younger. He accompanied the photo with a heartfelt message: ‘I love you all so much.’

The photoshoot also included pictures of the retired footballer with his sons Romeo and Cruz, and his daughter Harper. The final photo showed Victoria with all four of her children, accompanied by the message: ‘You are my life.’

Victoria quickly re-shared the post, adding a loving heart emoji to the picture of David and Brooklyn.

That day, the retired footballer looked back on the past year, expressing his gratitude for highlights like his 50th birthday and being knighted. He said it was a year he would never forget.

Sir David posted a series of 20 photos on Instagram highlighting memorable moments expected in 2025, but none of them featured Brooklyn.

He shared some photos and wrote about how grateful he was for 2025, calling it a year he’ll never forget. He highlighted turning 50, receiving a knighthood (which he still can’t believe happened!), and celebrating his team’s MLS championship as an owner.
