Gordon Ramsay’s upcoming Netflix docuseries will feature footage of his daughter Holly’s wedding to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty.
Influencer Holly, age 25, and Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, 31, were married on December 27th at Bath Abbey, though their wedding was overshadowed by a disagreement within Adam’s family.
Viewers will get a glimpse into the highly anticipated 2025 wedding of Gordon Ramsay when his show, Being Gordon Ramsay, premieres on Netflix in February. Details of the wedding will also appear in the January issue of Vogue magazine.
Cameras have been filming Gordon Ramsay and his family for over a year for an upcoming documentary series. Recent reports indicate the crew was also present at Bath Abbey last weekend, following the chef and his close friends David and Victoria Beckham.
The upcoming series will feature footage of the wedding, with guests including the Beckhams and friends of the groom from the world of sports and dance competitions. However, his parents were not in attendance.
Someone with knowledge of the situation confirmed that filming took place and cameras were present. It will be immediately clear which family members did not participate.

The source told The Sun they expect the family conflict to be addressed eventually, saying it would be strange to avoid the topic altogether.
A representative for the Ramsays has been contacted for comment.
Gordon Ramsay’s new Netflix show will cover the lead-up to his daughter’s wedding, including the engagement party that reportedly caused a rift between him and his future in-laws.
Last month, reports surfaced that Adam’s family, with whom he is estranged, have asked to be taken out of the documentary series.
According to reports, the swimmer’s mother, Caroline, has contacted Netflix to express her disapproval of being filmed at the engagement party of Adam and his fiancée, Holly, which took place in December 2024. She claims they did not give permission to be included in the footage.
A representative for the Ramsay family confirmed to the Daily Mail that the Peaty family was present at the engagement party and understood it was being filmed. However, they will not appear in the final, edited version.
Filming notices were posted throughout the event, informing attendees that their presence implied consent to be filmed. However, people weren’t interviewed, didn’t speak on camera, and wouldn’t appear in the final broadcast, meaning further consent wasn’t necessary.
Adam recently expressed gratitude to Jesus in his first post on social media since marrying Holly and adopting her last name.

Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty married Holly following a difficult family argument, leading him to exclude his mother from the wedding ceremony.
Despite recent difficulties, Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, 31, seemed in good spirits when he returned to social media on New Year’s Eve – his wife’s 26th birthday. He thanked God for what he described as a busy year.
His message, set against a peaceful picture of seagulls flying over the ocean, simply said, ‘It’s the last day of 2025. Thank you, Jesus, for everything this year.’
Following his two gold medal victories at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, Peaty revealed he had struggled with a difficult three-year period involving depression, alcoholism, and a breakup with his child’s mother.
After stepping away from competition, the Olympic athlete credited his Christian faith with helping him overcome a difficult period in his life.

The swimmer was raised Catholic, but now identifies as religious after becoming involved with an Evangelical Church, which he attends regularly – almost every Sunday.
After losing his winning streak, he reconnected with religion, which played a key role in his recovery and return to swimming. This change began after he met Ashley Null, a five-time Olympic chaplain, who helped him redefine himself beyond his athletic achievements.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m hearing some really sad news about swimmer Adam Peaty. Apparently, his family feels he’s going against his Christian values by excluding them from his wedding. They’ve also shared that he was actually sending his mother outfit suggestions, but then criticized her choices – which is just heartbreaking for everyone involved. It’s a tough situation when family dynamics and personal beliefs clash like this.
The strained relationship between Pete Wicks’ family and Ferne McCann’s parents has become obvious since he asked his mother not to come to the wedding. This followed an argument that started when Caroline was excluded from the hen party for Pete’s future wife.
During the wedding reception, the bride’s father, Gordon, apparently made a harsh joke at the expense of the groom’s parents in his speech, which deeply upset Caroline.
With the conflict continuing, swimmer Adam Peaty’s mother has expressed her hopeful wish for a resolution by 2026. She shared her thoughts on Instagram Wednesday, posting messages that seemed to reflect on the situation.
Caroline wasn’t allowed to attend her son and Holly Ramsay’s wedding over the weekend due to a long-running and difficult family disagreement.
She shared a post on social media from another user stating, ‘I deserve a year that doesn’t hurt’.

I’m not going to pretend 2023 was a good year. I experienced a loss that deeply affected me, and I’m not going to act like it didn’t. I’ve changed, and that’s okay.
You know, I’m not making any big promises about 2026 being my year. Honestly, I’m just hoping for healing next year. I’m praying I don’t have to go through this kind of heartbreak or struggle ever again. Just recovery, that’s all I’m asking for.
I’m hoping for genuine peace—the kind where I can simply live and breathe without constantly struggling. I truly need a year without pain.
She shared again: ‘Just a friendly reminder that you don’t need to make New Year’s resolutions, big life changes, or grand announcements if you don’t want to.’
‘You can just set some sweet intentions and take each day as it comes.’
