When it came to tours in 2025, live music fans were certainly spoiled for choice.
Fans enjoyed incredible performances by a star-studded lineup including Katy Perry, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Metallica, AC/DC, and Drake.
Looking forward to 2026, music lovers will have plenty of exciting concert options, as many major tours have already been scheduled.
Daily Mail takes a look at just some of the mammoth artists set to grace our shores in 2026.
Foo Fighters
Following hints about a possible Australian tour earlier in January, the Foo Fighters surprised their fans by announcing a single, special concert.

Foo Fighters, led by Dave Grohl, will perform a single concert in Tasmania on January 24th at UTAS Stadium in Launceston.
Foo Fighters haven’t toured Tasmania in ten years. Their last performance there was in 2015 at Hobart’s Derwent Entertainment Centre, as part of their Sonic Highways tour of Australia.
Even though only one show has been announced so far, many people in Australia are still hoping for a complete national tour.
One fan commented on the band’s Instagram, asking if they would consider performing in other parts of Australia, specifically requesting a show in Brisbane.
Fans eagerly requested additional concert dates, with one suggesting Sydney or Melbourne. Others flooded the comments with pleas for more shows, specifically mentioning Sydney, Brisbane, and asking the performers to consider adding them to the tour.
It’s not the first time the band has treated Australian fans to a one-night-only performance.
Back in 2022, the band took over the 36,000-capacity GMHBA Stadium in Geelong, Victoria.
The concert, featuring the band Monkey Wrench alongside local groups The Meanies and Amyl and the Sniffers, was organized by the Victorian Government to help revive live music after the pandemic.

Lorde
Lorde, the popular singer from New Zealand, excited Australian fans in July by announcing her first tour of Australia in two years.
Her Ultrasound World Tour is coming to New Zealand! She’ll be performing at Spark Arena in Auckland on February 11th, and then at Wolfbrook Arena in Christchurch on February 13th.
I’m so excited the tour is heading to Australia! It kicks off on February 16th at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and then comes to my city, Sydney! They’ll be at Qudos Bank Arena on the 18th and 19th, and I already have my tickets!
Following her Sydney shows, Lorde will perform at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on February 21st and 22nd. She’ll finish the Australian leg of her tour with a concert at RAC Arena in Perth on February 25th.
People in Melbourne noticed a large digital billboard showing images of the singer near the famous Young & Jackson pub, located at a very busy corner of Flinders and Swanston Street, prompting the announcement.
Strange and beautiful images appeared in the night sky, showing clips of Lorde with a blue tint and the word ‘Ultrasound’. This was a clear reference to both her new album, Virgin, and her upcoming world tour.

The same promo was later spotted in Sydney, sparking a frenzy among fans.
Fans immediately took to social media to express their excitement, with one user, @lordeontour, posting a string of siren emojis, and another pleading for Lorde to include Adelaide on her tour.
Bad Bunny
Another high-profile artist jetting in to Australia for a whistle-stop run is Bad Bunny.
Bad Bunny, the popular Puerto Rican singer, will perform two concerts for fans of all ages at Sydney’s ENGIE Stadium on February 28th and March 1st.
These concerts are part of Bad Bunny’s hugely popular ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’ world tour and mark his first-ever performances in Australia.
The tour will come just weeks after Bad Bunny performs at the NFL Super Bowl halftime show
His participation in the prominent event sparked significant debate, even attracting commentary from US President Donald Trump.

The rapper hit back at critics in October, when he hosted Saturday Night Live.
He announced he’s performing at the Super Bowl halftime show, expressing his excitement and belief that everyone – including Fox News – is pleased with the news.
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran, the world-famous singer, will be returning to perform here in 2026, after his incredibly successful concerts in 2023.
The singer of “The A Team” will begin his tour in New Zealand, with shows in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, before heading to Australia.
I’m so excited! Ed’s kicking off the Australian leg of his tour in Perth at Optus Stadium on January 31st, and then he’s coming to Sydney! He’s doing two shows at Accor Stadium – February 13th and, amazingly, on Valentine’s Day! I’ve already got my tickets!
The 34-year-old artist will perform at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on February 20th and 21st. They’ll then head to Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium for shows on February 26th and 27th, and finish the tour with a performance at Adelaide Oval on March 5th.
If his last tour is anything to go by, this 2026 run promises to be a huge success for Sheeran.

Ed Sheeran’s Mathematics tour, consisting of nine shows, was a massive success, selling over a million tickets and setting new attendance records.
Kesha
I was so thrilled when Kesha announced she’s coming back to Australia in 2026! She was here last January, and I’ve been hoping for another tour ever since. It’s a little disappointing to hear some fans aren’t as excited, but I’m counting down the days!
The singer of ‘Tick Tock’ announced her ‘Tits Out Tour’ will stop in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth, but she won’t be performing in Sydney.
One fan expressed confusion on X, asking why Kesha’s Australian tour didn’t include a show in Sydney.
However, some people at the concert criticized tour promoters for consistently ignoring smaller cities in Australia when planning tours for popular artists.
One fan playfully commented on X, ‘Finally, Sydney understands what the rest of us are going through! Haha!’ They quickly added, though, ‘I’m confident there’s a good explanation, and she’ll still be there for us!’
Rumors swirled that Kesha might perform at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, but she instead revealed she’ll be headlining the first-ever Mighty Hoopla Festival on February 26th.

She’s kicking off her tour with a performance at Riverstage in Brisbane on February 19th, then heading to Sydney and Melbourne, including a show at John Cain Arena on February 22nd.
Kesha will perform at Adelaide’s AED Arena on February 24th and finish her tour at Perth HPC on February 26th.
Good Charlotte
Good Charlotte are also heading Down Under next year, with a surprise show in regional Victoria.
The band’s tour begins on February 17th at the RAC Arena in Perth, and continues the next day, February 18th, at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
The tour continues on February 21st in Bendigo at the Showgrounds, and concludes on February 25th at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.
The Bendigo show received some funding from taxpayers through a fee paid by the Victorian government, according to the Herald Sun.

This concert is one part of a larger plan to attract visitors to different areas of Victoria. Lenny Kravitz is also scheduled to perform in Mildura this November, and the Ok Rochester music festival will be held in Rochester soon.
Split Enz
Iconic New Zealand rockers Split Enz are reuniting for their first shows in 17 years.
After a highly anticipated comeback performance in Christchurch this February, the iconic pop group will be the main act at Bluesfest in Byron Bay in April 2026.
Split Enz’s performance at Bluesfest, where they’ll share the stage with artists like The Black Crowes, Earth Wind and Fire, and Buddy Guy, kicks off a busy period for the band.
In May, the band will be hitting the road for a four-city national tour. They’ll be performing in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena, Sydney at the ICC Theatre, and Perth’s RAC Arena, with a final show planned for the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
The tour coincides with the 50th anniversary of the band’s debut album Mental Notes.
The 2026 concerts will bring together original Split Enz members Neil Finn, Tim Finn, Eddie Rayner, and Noel Crombie, joined by Matt Eccles on drums and James Milne on bass.
