Luisa Zissman raves about her new life in Dubai as she gets ready to ring in the New Year with a party at her lavish mansion

Luisa Zissman recently showed off her new house, giving fans a glimpse of her large garden as she got ready to host a New Year’s Eve party.

The 38-year-old reality TV personality and social media influencer moved her family from the UK to Dubai earlier this month.

She’s been keeping her fans updated on her move and how she’s adjusting to life in the United Arab Emirates.

Luisa recently shared a video with her fans showcasing her stunning garden, which includes a long, deep pool and a stylish mezzanine terrace.

She explained she was getting ready for a New Year’s Eve party – she’d already done her hair and makeup, but realized she didn’t have any lipstick.

Luisa complimented Dubai on how quickly things move, pointing out that lipsticks she ordered online arrived in just ten minutes.

She gushed: ‘Everything here is so convenient, it’s insane, it just blows my tiny mind.’

She shared that they’re hosting a New Year’s Eve party. This year, she didn’t plan it herself – they hired a fantastic party planner named Sophia, which has allowed her to relax and prepare.

It looks really nice! I was going for a natural makeup style. We’re expecting around 40 people. It’s strange, but we actually have more friends living in Dubai now than in England, as so many people have moved away.

It’s fantastic to have the whole group of old friends together – they’re all coming tonight!

We’re having a DJ and a dance floor on our roof terrace – it’s a really relaxed vibe down there. Upstairs is more of a classic disco scene. It hasn’t been very warm in Dubai lately, so we’ve had to put out heaters.

Luisa shared her excitement about the yearly fireworks show and gave everyone a stunning view of the Dubai skyline.

She concluded the video by giving viewers a look at her well-equipped home bar, where staff were making final preparations for her party.

Luisa had previously explained to her fans that she chose to move away from England to improve her lifestyle. She cited increasing crime rates and unfavorable weather as reasons for her decision.

Luisa’s Irish millionaire husband Andrew Collin had already relocated to the UAE.   

Her oldest daughter, 15-year-old Dixie, will stay in the UK to complete her schooling at boarding school. Dixie’s father is her ex-husband, Oliver Zissman.

On the latest episode of her podcast, LuAnna, Luisa let fans know it wouldn’t be stopping just because she’s moving. She plans to travel back frequently to continue co-hosting the show in person each week.

I’ve already booked flights to work with LuAnna through September,” she said. “The project will definitely continue after that; I just preferred to book everything in advance.

Luisa recently shared with her followers about the challenges of moving to Dubai. She described it as a very busy time, involving finding schools for her children, transporting their five horses (which she found particularly stressful!), packing and shipping everything, and getting visas for their two nannies who are joining them.

We’re taking a week to unwind in the Maldives before moving to our new home in Dubai – we can’t wait for what’s next!

Just a quick update on a couple of things people have been asking: The LuAnna podcast with Anna Williamson will continue as usual. And my mum isn’t moving in with us, but she’s booked several flights to come and visit!

Luisa recently surprised fans by sharing that she spent £25,000 to transport her five horses to the Gulf region.
