Gemma Collins displayed her impressive weight loss as she shared an inspiring end-of-year message.
The 44-year-old reality TV star has been sharing her progress with fans as she’s lost weight, going from a size 26 to a size 20.
The reality star shared that she lost weight in just three months using Mounjaro injections.
Gemma shared a stunning photo on Instagram Tuesday, showing her in a black and blue bikini while enjoying a beach vacation.
As a huge fan, I was so touched by her year-end message! She basically said that as we head into 2026, we should all move forward with kindness, believe in ourselves, and face the new year with confidence. It’s such a beautiful and inspiring sentiment!
Trust your gut feeling – it’s a powerful source of wisdom. Don’t change yourself to please anyone else; stay true to who you are and let your inner voice guide you.

‘The foundations of your soul were divinely designed and do not need to be changed.
I’ve always believed that real luxury isn’t about flashy things, it’s about being genuine. And for me, true power comes from living in harmony with my values. When I stay true to myself, good things just seem to follow effortlessly. It’s like when you’re really you, life responds in kind.
‘Stay real, stay grounded, and stay radiant. Your presence alone is powerful.
Wishing all women a May 2026 filled with great achievements, financial prosperity, and a profound sense of peace and joy.
‘May your path be blessed, your heart protected, and your dreams manifested with ease.
‘You are becoming. You are rising. You are exactly where you are meant to be. HAPPY NEW YEAR.’
Gemma recently shared that she’s started taking very small doses of Mounjaro, a weight loss medication, because she was worried about painful side effects she experienced after using it.
Last month, the reality TV star told the Daily Mail she experienced a gallbladder attack in August, collapsing from the pain.

Gemma has lost weight – going from a size 26 to a size 20 and losing 3.5 stone – since starting a medication. She had stopped taking it for a while, but has now resumed.
Okay, so I had to pause my Mounjaro shots for a little while because I ended up with a really bad gallbladder issue back in August. But honestly, the doctors swear it wasn’t caused by the medication, which is such a relief! I was so worried, but they’ve reassured me it’s totally separate, and I’m just so glad to hear that.
I’ve been resting and carefully watching my diet. Now, I’m considering trying microdosing because it seems to avoid the stronger effects you get with larger doses.
Gemma gradually increased her medication, starting with 2.5mg and eventually reaching a weekly dose of 15mg.
But she now confirmed she will be sticking to the 2.5mg dosage as that was her favourite amount.
She described the medication as ‘life-changing,’ explaining that she’s lost around three and a half stone and managed to keep the weight off. She feels much better overall, and while she doesn’t want to be very thin, she’s focused on improving her health and feels like she’s making good progress.

She wants to lose a total of 6 stone, but she’s aiming for a gradual and sustainable weight loss, not a quick fix.
According to Superdrug doctor Babak Ashrafi, gallstones are a frequently reported side effect of taking Mounjaro.
Okay, so I’ve been following everything about Mounjaro super closely, and I just saw this on their official site. Basically, they’re saying that while it’s not common, you can have really serious gallbladder issues – like gallstones or inflammation – while taking it. It’s scary, honestly, but they’re being upfront about it, which I guess is good?
Medications like Mounjaro, which are GLP-1 inhibitors, may lead to gallbladder issues. They can lower levels of a hormone called cholecystokinin, and this hormone plays a key role in keeping the gallbladder working properly.
The Mounjaro patient leaflet also warns gallstones is a common side effect.
According to a spokesperson for Mounjaro’s manufacturer, Eli Lilly, patient safety is their main concern. They consistently track, assess, and share safety data for all their drugs with the MHRA, the UK regulatory agency.
Gemma has been showing off her weight loss, but she also experienced a quicker, less positive effect from the injections.
