Okay, so I’m obsessed with Sherrie Hewson, and I just found out EVERYTHING she eats in a single day to stay so amazing on TV! It’s fascinating! And honestly? There’s one food she’s absolutely terrified of – I can’t believe it! I have to share, it’s wild!

Sherrie recently shared that she usually doesn’t enjoy breakfast and often skips it altogether.

If she decides to eat, she’ll have sourdough toast with mashed avocado, and will likely add olive oil, garlic, basil, or chili flakes for extra flavor.

Let me tell you about my go-to lunch! I’m a huge salad person – I love a big, crunchy one. Sometimes I’ll add tuna, but it needs flavor, so I always mix it with red onion, garlic, and a good dollop of mayonnaise. Plain tuna just doesn’t cut it for me – it has to be really well-seasoned!

Sherrie shared that she has a severe fear of walnuts, explaining she nearly fainted when Kaye Adams put one on the Loose Women set.

Even so, she’s always been adventurous with food, and once unknowingly ate bull testicles while traveling!

She told Closer magazine that years ago while in Cyprus, she was served a local dish she initially thought was meatballs, but it actually turned out to be bull testicles!

I rushed to the bathroom and vomited, but I kept it to myself. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying their meal as if nothing was wrong.

Sherrie recently shared that her Loose Women colleague, Coleen Nolan, once kicked her under the table while they were live on air, after Sherrie made a comment Coleen considered shocking.

The 75-year-old actress, known for being on the ITV show from 2003 to 2017, shared that she used to be able to say anything she wanted on the panel. However, she recently found out that being honest can still cause issues with her former colleagues.

She told The Sun that she once made a somewhat shocking comment while on the show Loose Women – though she can’t recall exactly what it was – and Coleen responded by playfully kicking her under the table.

During a live broadcast, I jokingly said, “Please don’t kick me!” and she playfully responded, “But I enjoy kicking you!” That lighthearted back-and-forth is exactly the kind of fun we want – an environment where friendly teasing is welcome and everyone can laugh it off.

Meanwhile, Vogue Williams recently revealed what she eats in a day to maintain her washboard abs.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always asked about my morning routine, and it’s pretty simple! I start every day with a nourishing bowl of porridge. I make mine with a mix of milk and water, topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey – it’s the perfect way to fuel up for the day ahead.

Okay, let’s be real – sometimes a little indulgence is necessary. I spotted a couple of marshmallows in the fridge and, honestly, they didn’t stand a chance! And to go with that? Definitely two or three cozy cups of tea. It’s all about those small moments of happiness, right?

After playing tennis, she had yogurt, a pear, and a cup of tea, then treated herself to some marshmallows.

She joked that after her tennis match, she was having a snack of tea, yogurt, and a pear. She added that she’d be enjoying marshmallows too, ‘until they’re all gone!’

After starting to eat meat again, she explained that Spencer [her husband] shared some of his chicken with her, so she didn’t need the pear anymore.
