Katrina Law, known for her role on NCIS, has obtained a restraining order against her soon-to-be ex-husband. She claims he used artificial intelligence to create fake versions of her online.
In a restraining order filed December 23rd, Law, age 40, stated that her ex-partner, 51-year-old Keith Andreen, used AI to send messages pretending to be her to others, including someone she was dating.
Court records show Law claimed Andreen repeatedly tried to damage her reputation and career by sharing false and misleading information about her with friends and coworkers.
A temporary restraining order was issued on December 24th and will remain in effect until January 13th, when a hearing is scheduled to discuss it.
The Daily Mail contacted Andreen and his lawyer for a statement, but they haven’t responded yet.
According to the legal claims, Andreen wasn’t simply using AI to send texts – she was reportedly using it to create realistic copies of her own voice as part of a complex plan.

I’m an actress, and someone is using artificial intelligence to pretend to be me. They’re sending voice messages to others, using my voice and image, with the intention of damaging my reputation and causing distress, I said.
Law claimed her soon-to-be ex-husband sent messages pretending to be her, but the messages were strange and didn’t sound like something she would say.
She firmly denied sending any voice messages to the people mentioned. She suspects Keith is using AI to create fake recordings of her voice, saying damaging things to harm her reputation.
Because she’s well-known on TV, she said Andreen had a lot of video of her speaking – enough for him to potentially use artificial intelligence to learn and copy her voice.
As Law explained, many AI programs can now replicate anyone’s voice. You can then type in what you want the AI to ‘say’ using that cloned voice.
She stated that Keith has been sending voice messages imitating her to others, with the intention of humiliating her, damaging her reputation, and causing her distress. She intends to present these recordings, which she believes were created using artificial intelligence, as evidence in court.
Law accused Andreen, whom she described as becoming ‘increasingly unstable,’ of hacking into her social media and email accounts to monitor her and interact with other people.
‘I feel like I can’t live freely without being followed or monitored,’ she said.

Law also claimed her soon-to-be ex-husband had hidden a tracker in her car’s engine compartment, on top of the suspected electronic surveillance.
She reported seeing someone – later identified as Andreen – hide an object under the car’s hood in footage from her Ring doorbell. The next day, a private investigator confirmed that an electronic tracking device had been placed on the vehicle.
The NCIS actor said Andreen tried to erase the video from the Ring camera, but she managed to save a copy of him rushing to the car before he succeeded.
Law stated that her soon-to-be ex-husband had talked about suicide, which worried her. This was especially true because he reportedly owned a shotgun kept in the bedroom.
She said things became difficult around July 2025 when they tried to move their daughter out of their shared master bedroom and into her own room. The way her ex-partner and she handled bedtime routines with their daughter became a source of worry for her.
Law claimed that after she began sleeping in her six-year-old daughter Kinley’s room because of problems in their marriage, Andreen started insisting Kinley sleep in the master bedroom with him instead.
She stated that Andreen emotionally manipulated their daughter by expressing sadness if the daughter refused to be intimate with him. Shortly after, in early August, their daughter asked Law to promise that she wouldn’t have to sleep with Andreen anymore.
According to the allegations, Andreen has been making the woman stay locked in the master bedroom for extended periods while he is cleaning, even when she strongly protests and cries that she doesn’t want to be there.

According to court documents, Law stated that both she and Andreen were employed when they married, but Andreen’s work had been inconsistent since 2020. Andreen has experience as an actor and in various behind-the-scenes roles in film and television, but has only taken on occasional projects recently.
Law married Andreen in 2013, and she started having doubts about their relationship as early as 2016. However, the birth of their daughter in 2018 gave them a shared focus on parenting, temporarily overshadowing those issues.
In May 2025, Law had a month-long affair that she later regretted, and this experience led her to question her feelings for her husband.
Law explained that after their relationship changed, she recognized her marriage to Keith was no longer the loving and supportive connection it once was. She told Andreen on May 24th that she was considering divorce.
After their conversation, Keith surprisingly said he wouldn’t ever look at her personal belongings, which she found alarming. This prompted her to change the passwords to her online accounts.
Law wrote that she told Andreen that she was going through with the divorce filing on July 7, 2025.
She explained that she and Keith continue to live together because of his financial difficulties and her fear of his reaction if she asked him to leave. However, she no longer feels safe sharing a home with him, for reasons she’s already explained.
She stated that Andreen had started receiving ketamine treatments for reasons she didn’t know, and that these treatments had caused him to become very unstable, increasing his threatening and obsessive actions.

The court order requires Andreen to stay 100 yards away from her at all times – whether she’s at home, work, in a car, or at their daughter’s school.
Law filed for divorce on August 11th and was allowed to continue using the couple’s 2024 Audi Q8. She also remains the caretaker of their dog and two cats for now.
The judge prohibited Andreen from tracking his wife’s movements, whether in person or using any kind of device. He was also ordered not to withdraw money from the joint bank account he shares with his wife for their daughter’s benefit.
The restraining order requires Law’s former partner to either sell any guns they own or give them to the police or a licensed gun dealer for secure storage.
Law and Andreen will meet with a mediator via video conference on January 12th to discuss plans for caring for their daughter, including who will have custody and a schedule for visits.
Andreen previously spoke exclusively about Law’s divorce filing with the Daily Mail in October.
He explained his reluctance to discuss his divorce by saying he wants to protect his daughter. He doesn’t want her to see any potentially hurtful details when she’s older, and his priority is shielding her from the fallout.
Andreen was also asked if reconciliation could be on the table for the former couple.

He chuckled, saying, “You’re sounding just like my therapist with that complicated question!” He continued, “Honestly, if we didn’t have a child together, there’s no way I’d even think about getting back together. It’s because of our child that I’m considering it.”
While I’m not ruling it out completely, it’s not my place to decide or handle that.
Andreen was effusive when it came to the daughter he and Law share.
My daughter is my whole world. She’s six and a half years old, and her mother, Katrina, and I were together for nineteen years.
