The R&B singer recently shared with TMZ that doctors have given him only a few months to live. This is due to severe heart damage caused by years of alcohol and substance abuse. The singer, who previously appeared on “Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood,” believes he will pass away before 2027.

Ray J shared a video on Sunday expressing his gratitude for people’s prayers.
He told me he’d been in the hospital, and it really shocked me. Apparently, his heart is only functioning at about 25%. But even with that, he seemed incredibly optimistic, saying as long as he keeps his mind right and follows his treatment plan, he’s confident he’ll be okay. It was honestly inspiring to hear, given the circumstances.

It seems like it measures the blood leaving the main pumping chamber. I looked it up, and it’s much more common to have problems with the left side of the heart than the right, thankfully.
The man featured in the sex tape that helped launch Kim Kardashian’s career has made claims in other online videos about his health, stating the right side of his heart is severely damaged and essentially non-functional.
He used to believe he could manage drinking alcohol and using Adderall without problems. Now, he’s on eight different medications – including Lipitor, Jardiance, and Entresto – and is finding it difficult to follow doctors’ advice to stop smoking and drinking.
Ray J recently shared in online broadcasts that doctors have given him a grim prognosis, estimating he has only a few months to live and doesn’t expect to see the new year.
