1. New Nikkes

1.1 SSR Snow White: Heavy Arms

SSR Snow White: Heavy Arms, the pure white Pilgrim armed with new weapons, joins Special Recruit.

Snow White: Heavy Arms is an Attacker whose full charge attacks deals damage to multiple enemies.

Although her special ability makes her attacks take longer to prepare, it greatly improves her power and lets her hit more enemies, resulting in higher overall damage.

You can use Gems—which can be free or purchased—or Advanced Recruit Vouchers to do a Special Recruit. Regular Recruit Vouchers won’t work for this type of recruitment.

Okay, so as a Nikke player, here’s what I’ve figured out about getting the best characters: you’ve got a 4% chance of pulling an SSR unit through Special Recruit. But if you’re really hoping for Snow White: Heavy Arms specifically, it’s a bit tougher – only a 1% chance! It’s good to know the odds, right?

③ Gold Mileage Tickets not used during Special Recruit will not expire.

④ You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Snow White: Heavy Arms in the Mileage Shop.

⑤ When Special Recruit ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.

After the event ends and the game is updated, you’ll be able to get Snow White: Heavy Arms through regular Recruit and by using Mold items. She won’t be available in the New Commander, Social Point, or tutorial Recruit options, or in the Mileage Shop.

2. New Year Special Rerun

2.1 SSR Rapi: Red Hood

Red Hood, a powerful character known as the Goddess of Victory and possessing a strong red aura, is once again available through a special New Year’s recruitment event.

Rapi: Red Hood is an Attacker who fires powerful projectiles.

She can easily change between her first and third Burst forms to best suit her team and effectively fight enemies weak to Wind and Electric attacks.

2.2 Temporary Participation Nikkes

While recruiting, you can temporarily let Nikkes who are featured in the Pick Up participate in the Union Shooting Range.

3. Step Up Recruit

The New Year Step Up Recruit is here! Finish all the stages to get one SSR Nikke of your choosing.

* Recruit duration: From 00:00:00, January 1, 2026 to 4:59:59, January 22, 2026 (UTC+9)

* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Step Up Recruit

* Recruit Rules:

You can use Gems, both free and purchased, for Step Up Recruitment. Regular recruitment vouchers won’t work in this special event.

You have a 4% chance of getting an SSR Nikke through Step Up Recruit (this doesn’t include Nikkes from limited-time events or certain special Nikkes). See the in-game Recruit Info for complete details.

③ You cannot get Gold Mileage Tickets or Silver Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Step Up Recruit.

④ Step Up Recruit will be held in four phases. Players can only attempt once per phase.

– Phase 1 = Recruit once (100 Gems)

– Phase 2 = Recruit 10 times (1,500 Gems)

– Phase 3 = Recruit 10 times (2,000 Gems)

– Phase 4 = Recruit 10 times (3,000 Gems)

Once you finish all stages, you’ll receive a 2026 New Year SSR Selection Box. This box lets you choose one SSR Nikke you want, with a few exceptions. Specifically, you can’t choose Pilgrims, Over-spec Nikkes, Nikkes from limited-time recruitment events, or certain other Nikkes – please see the checklist within the 2026 New Year SSR Selection Box for a complete list.

4. 2026 New Year Guaranteed Recruit

During the 2026 New Year Recruit event, you can use Guaranteed Recruit Vouchers to perform a 10x Recruit. This guarantees you’ll receive at least one SSR Pilgrim (some characters are excluded). See the Recruit screen for a complete list of details.

The following SSR Pilgrim recruits are available: Scarlet, Rapunzel, Snow White, Harran, Isabel, Noah, Modernia, and Scarlet (Black Shadow).

You can get Guaranteed Recruit Vouchers from the 2026 Guaranteed Recruit Package, which you can find in the Cash Shop under Limited-Time Packages.

Once the Guaranteed Recruit period is over, any unused Guaranteed Recruit Vouchers will be converted into 3,000 free Gems each.

5. Bonus Recruit Improvements

New Nikkes will be added to Bonus Recruit, and the maximum allotted exchanges will be increased.

* Recruit period: After the December 30, 2025 maintenance to 23:59:59, December 31, 2026 (UTC+9)

* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Ordinary Recruit

* Recruit Rules:

① Earn 1 Exchange Pt every time you attempt Ordinary Recruit.

② Redeem 100 Exchange Pts for one Nikke of your choice between Liter, Naga, Alice, Tia, and Helm.

③ You can earn a maximum of 1,000 Exchange Pts and conduct up to 10 Selective Recruits.

If your Ordinary Recruit earned more points than your current Bonus Recruit, the difference will be added to your Exchange Points from the past.

6. New Costumes

6.1 Limited Costume: Alice – Märchen Dream

Let’s go on a trip to a fantasy world!

You can obtain Alice – Märchen Dream through the Costume Gacha, which includes complete voice acting, a special animation when her Burst Skill is used, a unique standing pose, and a special SD motion.

6.2 Limited Costume: Quency: Escape Queen – Masquerade Swan

An elegant swan bathed in moonlight.

You can get the Quency: Escape Queen – Masquerade Swan outfit through the 2026 New Year Pass. Check the ‘New Commodities’ section for details on how to unlock it.

6.3 Limited Costume: Emma: Tactical Upgrade – Secret Therapy

A secret therapy prepared just for you.

You can unlock Emma’s Tactical Upgrade – Secret Therapy by purchasing the January Mission Pass. Check out the ‘New Commodities’ section below for more information about the pass.

8. New Events

8.1 New Fully Voiced Story Event: ARK GUARDIAN

Snow White agrees to help with the enhancement plan prepared by Eden.

As I was playing, things started to click and I remembered Operation ARK GUARDIAN. It was a huge event that totally reshaped what happened before, and it changed everything for my character and everyone else involved.

The event will run from after the maintenance on December 30, 2025, until 4:59:59 PM on January 20, 2026 (UTC+9 time).

Participate in the ARK GUARDIAN event by completing stages to earn items. You can then trade these items in the Event Shop for rewards like Recruit Vouchers and materials to improve your skills.

* Item exchange in the Event Shop will end at 4:59:59, January 20, 2026 (UTC+9).

① Story Event Part 1: STORY I

The event will run from after maintenance on December 30, 2025, until 4:59 PM on January 20, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).

Complete the STORY stages in the ARK GUARDIAN event to earn Advanced Recruit Vouchers and helpful items for improving your units!

② Story Event Part 2: STORY II

Complete the STORY II levels in the ARK GUARDIAN event to earn Advanced Recruit Vouchers and helpful items for upgrading your units!

The new Challenge Stage is now available in ARK GUARDIAN! Test your skills against tough bosses to earn valuable resources for upgrading your character and gear.

We’ve added a new animation to the New Year event! You can unlock it by completing the final stage of ARK GUARDIAN → STORY II-Normal.

8.2 Archives – FOOTSTEP, WALK, RUN

The Story Event, FOOTSTEP, WALK, RUN, is now available in the Archives.

Participate in ARK GUARDIAN to obtain Memory Films for unlocking story events in Archives.

Log in on any 14 days throughout the event to receive rewards! If you log in for 14 days in a row, you’ll also get Advanced Recruit Vouchers and items to help develop your team.

8.5 New Year – FULL BURST DAY Event

Hey everyone, just a heads-up! During the FULL BURST DAY event around the New Year, I can snag some extra goodies in both Interception and the Simulation Room. Definitely planning to grind those modes for the bonus rewards!

8.6 New Year – Daily Bonus Reward Event

Complete all daily missions during the New Year event to get unexpected extra rewards!

8.7 New Year Bonus Event

Log into the game daily for up to 7 days to get Gems and participate in the gacha event.

9. Champion Arena (Beta Season 20)

* Beta Season 20 opening time: January 1, 2026

Champion Arena is a competitive mode for players who achieve a top 4 ranking in the SP Arena. It features automated battles organized according to a league schedule, promotion tournaments, and a champions’ duel. During tournaments and the duel, players can predict the outcome and earn rewards through the ‘Cheer’ system. Players will also receive special profile frames based on their accumulated ranking achievements.

10. Union Raid

Union Raid starts on January 2, 2026, at 5:00 AM (KST)! Team up with your Union members to defeat the Boss, earn Union Chips, and redeem them for awesome rewards!

* Opening time: From 5:00:00, January 2, 2026 to 4:59:59, January 8, 2026 (UTC+9)

* Condition to join: Union should be in Lv. 3.

Please note that player is unable to remove Union members or leave the Union during Union Raid.

11. Coordinated Operation

Team up with five Commanders to battle Chatterbox! You can play with friends, guildmates, or let the game automatically find teammates for you. If you defeat Chatterbox, you’ll earn Broken Cores, which you can trade for Gems and items to upgrade your characters in the Recycling Shop. You can also earn Rusted Bones based on your performance, and use those to get even more development materials and equipment from the Recycling Shop.

12. Solo Raid

Solo Raid Season 33 starts on January 8, 2026, at 12:00 AM! Form your teams to battle the boss and earn materials for Harmony Cubes, Favorite Items, and Collection Items. Your rank will be based on the total damage you deal, and you’ll receive rewards like exclusive avatar frames and Gems depending on where you place.

* Opening time: From 12:00:00, January 8, 2026 to 4:59:59, January 15, 2026 (UTC+9)

13. Simulation Room – Overclock Mode (Season 7)

The new Overclock Mode in the Simulation Room (Season 7) lets you choose extra options and tackle harder challenges. Successfully completing Overclock Mode will reward you with Skill and Burst Manuals, based on your highest Core Ratio. If you haven’t already earned the rewards from the previous highest difficulty level, you’ll receive those too. These rewards reset every two weeks, so you can earn them again after the reset period.

14. New Contents & Features

The number of Lobby Decoration screens has been increased from 5 to 10.

15. New Commodities

Buy the Premium NEW YEAR PASS and complete daily missions to upgrade it. As you level up the pass, you’ll earn Advanced Recruit Vouchers. Once you reach the highest level, you’ll unlock the exclusive Masquerade Swan costume for Quency: Escape Queen.

15.3 January Mission Pass

* Sale duration: From 00:00:00, January 1, 2026 to 23:59:59, January 31, 2026 (UTC+9)

Buy the Premium Mission Pass, then complete daily missions to increase its level and earn Recruit Vouchers. Once you reach the highest level, you’ll unlock the exclusive ‘Secret Therapy’ costume for Emma: Tactical Upgrade.

15.4 New character packages will be updated.

After the update on December 30, 2025, the First Purchase Gift in the Gem Shop will be reset.

About the Reset

Once your initial Gem Shop bonus is refreshed, you’ll receive free Gems each time you buy more. Here’s how it works:

Tier 1: 320 Paid Gems + 320 Free Gems

Tier 2: 720 Paid Gems + 720 Free Gems

Tier 3: 1,500 Paid Gems + 1,500 Free Gems

Tier 4: 2,300 Paid Gems + 2,300 Free Gems

Tier 5: 4,200 Paid Gems + 4,200 Free Gems
