Dan Walker and his wife, Sarah, were spotted at the wedding of his Strictly Come Dancing colleague, Adam Peaty, to Holly Ramsay on Saturday. The wedding was described as ‘unforgettable’.
The 48-year-old TV presenter and his wife, Sarah, who have been married since 2001, appeared happy as they arrived at a celebrity wedding at Bath Abbey, holding hands. This comes amid reports of a close relationship between the presenter and professional dancer Nadiya Bychkova.
Dan looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo, and Sarah turned heads in a beautiful purple dress paired with a fur coat and nude heels.
The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant recently shared a first look at Olympian Megan Barton-Hanson’s wedding to Holly Ramsay, daughter of chef Gordon Ramsay. Holly looked beautiful in a lace wedding dress.
Dan, a former Strictly contestant with Adam in 2021, shared a photo of their wedding program on Instagram, describing the day as wonderful.
He wrote: ‘We had a lovely time celebrating with @adam_peaty & @hollyramsayy yesterday.
The wedding was fantastic! Everyone was lovely, the service was wonderful, and the reception was unforgettable. The speeches were brilliant, and we even got to sing some great songs during the church service.
Dan shared a photo of the order of service cover and a picture of the hymn “Be Thou My Vision” from inside. He also used the hymn as the music for his Instagram post.
This news follows reports that Dan and his former Strictly Come Dancing partner, Nadiya, have taken their four-year friendship to the next level by starting a business together.
They first connected on the BBC show in 2021, making it to the quarter-finals, and have stayed in touch ever since.
The Daily Mail reported that Dan and Nadiya’s close bond became a hot topic among the Strictly Come Dancing cast, fueled by their affectionate posts on social media and frequent get-togethers.
