Olivia Attwood says her personal life ‘was garbage this year’ after facing divorce rumours with Bradley Dack and moving out of their marital home

Olivia Attwood has described her year as difficult, admitting her personal life has been a mess following speculation about her marriage to Bradley Dack.

On the Sunday Roast podcast, 34-year-old TV personality opened up to her longtime friend Pete Wicks about their personal lives in a Christmas Day special episode.

Olivia and her co-host were sharing New Year’s resolutions submitted by fans when Olivia jokingly said she wants to ‘get her life together’ in 2026.

She felt her work life went well this year, but her personal life was difficult. She hopes to achieve a better work-life balance next year.

Pete, age 37, suggested he might be ready to settle down within the next year, but Olivia didn’t believe him.

Having been friends with Pete for more than eight years, Olivia described him as someone who craves attention and predicted he won’t likely be ready to settle down until he’s around 45 years old.

The pair first became acquainted on the reality show The Only Way Is Essex in 2017. More recently, they started co-hosting The Sunday Roast on KISS FM earlier in the year.

Earlier this year, fans began speculating that Pete and Olivia were dating after photos surfaced of them looking close at a lively boat party.

The pair put rumours to rest and explained that they are just close friends. 

You know, having worked with Liv for a while now, I can honestly say one of the things I admire most about her is how incredibly kind and smart she is – and she doesn’t even try to show it off. It’s a really lovely quality!

She’s incredibly smart, but she doesn’t always let it show. She’s fiercely loyal and would go to great lengths for the people she loves. Honestly, I regret saying all that, and now it feels like I’m overcompensating.

Olivia added: ‘He’s very loyal. If he’s in your corner, you know he’ll be there for you.’

Olivia recently shared openly about the difficulties she’s faced in her marriage to Bradley since they got married in 2023.

During a recent episode of her podcast, Olivia’s House, she acknowledged that marriage can be very difficult, and addressed rumors about her own divorce.

Olivia admitted they went through a difficult summer and acknowledged issues on both sides of the relationship. She emphasized that marriage is genuinely very challenging.

Rumors were flying around that we were getting divorced, and people were claiming to have inside information…

Olivia said the cozy photos of her and Pete from a boat party in Ibiza last July caused some issues when she got home.

Oh my god, she actually said she’s been photographed with Pete Wicks, her co-star from the radio! And get this – Pete is apparently furious with her! I’m dying to know what happened! It’s just… everything. I need details! This is huge!

We were going through a rough patch back then. I didn’t want to fake happiness on Instagram by posting pictures when things weren’t actually good between us.

I recently went to Ibiza and photos surfaced of me getting a little too close to a friend from my radio show. He’s not happy with me about it.

I don’t want to create a fake public image, like dragging someone to a red carpet and pretending we’re a happy couple. I think trying to force that story would just end badly.

Olivia explained she was upset by the negative reaction to the photos, saying people blew things out of proportion when she went to Ibiza. She felt she should be allowed to enjoy her life.

I used to fall into the trap of completely burning out when things got tough, but I’ve realized that’s just not a healthy way to cope in the long run. It felt good temporarily, but it definitely wasn’t sustainable for my overall well-being. I had to break that habit!
