Lily Collins shares rare snaps of her baby daughter Tove as the family celebrate her first Christmas

Lily Collins posted some sweet photos of her baby daughter, Tove, on Instagram on Thursday. She and her husband, Charlie McDowell, were celebrating Tove’s first Christmas.

The 36-year-old actress shared a peek at her Christmas celebrations with fans, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. She recently welcomed her daughter through surrogacy.

A sweet photo showed Lily relaxing by a cozy fireplace while her little one played with a new toy.

Lily shared a sweet Christmas Day photo of herself, her husband Charlie, and their daughter, all smiles for a festive selfie.

Tove looked sweet in a green and red dress with gold stars on it. Photos also showed her opening gifts from a stocking made just for her and enjoying a children’s book while wearing cozy red pajamas.

Lily shared some heartwarming photos with her fans, including a cozy picture with her partner, Charlie, a beautiful wreath she made herself, and adorable images of their daughter enjoying her very first Christmas at home.

She shared a collection of festive photos with the caption: ‘Celebrating our little Tove’s first Christmas! We’re really enjoying the holiday spirit and cherishing every moment. Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy holiday season!’

This follows Lily’s recent confession that she found it difficult to juggle motherhood with filming the newest season of Emily in Paris.

I was so thrilled to hear that my favorite actress finally became a mom! She and her husband, the wonderful film director Charlie, welcomed a baby girl in January, and it was all thanks to a surrogate. It’s just beautiful news, and I couldn’t be happier for them both.

Oh my gosh, you guys, they started filming season five in May! Can you believe it? It was in Rome – ROME! – and then they moved to Paris later in the summer. I’ve been tracking every possible location, obviously, and it’s just…everything I dreamed of! I’m practically packing my bags to follow them!

Lily Collins, daughter of musician Phil Collins, recently shared that she’s experiencing the same challenges as many new parents – balancing the needs of her baby with the demands of her work.

She explained to The Sun that balancing her different roles is challenging, but she’s thankful she can manage both. She acknowledged it’s a difficult journey, as each role has its own unique demands.

Lily explained that she told everyone this year, ‘I’m great at memorizing and learning lines, but please be patient with me.’

‘I’ve not slept, I’m very tired, and I may not be on my game.’

Following the release of a sneak peek at season five of Emily in Paris, show creators have hinted that a key character might be leaving the series.

Netflix shared a preview with fans earlier this month before the new season arrives on December 18th.

The video features Lily’s other persona, Emily, as she settles into her life in Rome alongside Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini.

Elsewhere, with Emily struggling to settle in, Gabriel appears as the pair have a heart-to-heart.

The character, played by Lucas Bravo, tells her he’s excited by the future, and she should be too.

He’s then seen boarding a train, with it not clear if he’s exploring Rome or returning to Paris.

This adds to the rumors that Gabriel will be leaving the show after his breakup with Emily, especially since he wasn’t included in the first trailer, which worried fans.

In season five, Emily is now running the Paris office of Grateau and is navigating both work and love as she adjusts to life in a new city.

Just when things seem to be going well for Emily, a professional project fails, leading to personal heartbreak and difficulties at work. She tries to find comfort and security in her life in France, but a hidden secret puts a strain on a valuable friendship.

By facing disagreements truthfully, Emily strengthens her relationships, gains a clearer understanding of herself and her path, and feels prepared for what comes next.
