Wes Nelson saw a doctor on Monday after getting hurt right before Christmas.
The 27-year-old reality TV star posted an update on his Instagram Story while waiting for doctors at the hospital.
Wes held his head in his hands and explained how he had managed to snap his Achilles.
He shared a video explaining that he injured his Achilles tendon while playing football after a long break.
The singer shared a photo of his bandaged foot and playfully announced his football career was finished.
Wes said he’s finished playing. At 27 years old, he’s retiring to focus solely on golf – playing, not competing.
Wes has had a difficult year, having been robbed twice, with the latest incident occurring in October.
The singer shared on Instagram that his golf bag and clubs were stolen, making him a victim of theft.
He reported that his entire golf bag and clubs were stolen, expressing his disappointment with the current state of London and noting this is the second time it’s happened to him in a year.
Wes, known for appearing on the ITV2 reality show in the summer of 2018, was the victim of a theft earlier this year. His Louis Vuitton bag, worth £8,570, was stolen from a train in January.
The celebrity said his belongings were stolen in what felt like a moment while he was traveling to Milton Keynes. He was relieved he’d taken his laptop out of the bag beforehand, as it contained unreleased music.
Wes shared a photo of a train table and explained that his Louis Vuitton bag had just been stolen while the train was stopped at Milton Keynes.
It contained everything I needed. I was fortunate to have grabbed my MacBook before leaving, or I would have lost all my music.
Just a quick warning – I glanced away for a moment, and it disappeared instantly. There were rats all over the place.
In another photo, the singer pointed out his luggage stored in the overhead compartment. He noticed it had been pushed far back while he was looking down, making it difficult to reach.
Wes said he realized after looking at the picture he sent that someone had been slowly moving a bag behind his seat. It looks like the person gradually slid it back whenever Wes wasn’t looking, and then quickly took it when the vehicle stopped.
He pointed out how strange it is to assume something bad will never happen to you without any warning. And yet, here we are, dealing with exactly that.
‘Also this is the first time I’ve ever used the overhead storage. Never again.’
Wes posted another photo of his stolen, brightly colored luggage and announced he’ll reward anyone who returns it with its contents.
He wrote: ‘I’ve got a reward for anyone who can get it back with contents.’
